So ridiculous how slow they are and that they have 2 people working only. Whoever owns this Starbucks is an idiot

This is my second time coming to this Starbucks. They are consistently not rude, but definitely not friendly. Cashier (Jazmine?) stands with her arms crossed looking annoyed and when I tried to order a cold brew, she just said, "We're out".
No apology, just more annoyed looks.
Anyways, espresso drink was much better than last time. I appreciated the barista today (young Indian woman- unfortunately didn't get her name).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joanna P.Yucaipa, CA1766296Dec 27, 2023
I arrived at BWI airport at 7pm on a Tuesday. This Starbucks was a bit busy and had poor signal, therefore I was unable to reload my digital card . I opted to pay cash but they didn't have much money in the register so I had to find exact cash. The drink lacked flavor and was watered down. I noticed a difference between this brown sugar oat milk espresso to other places I've had but it did the job . I was pleased to see that they offered the "been there series " cups for Washington and Maryland. Service was okay, not the friendly service Starbucks is known for.

Starbucks located in Concourse B at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) was the worst Starbucks location I've ever encountered.
After ordering my white chocolate mocha, I waited for about 45-50 minutes for my drink. Thankfully I had ample time before boarding. So many others left the line and their drinks were called after and wasted.
When I received my drink and took my first sip, it was so bitter and not my usual white chocolate mocha. I had to throw it out and was not going to wait again for another drink.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 26, 2021
This review is coming live from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) as I wake up with a cup of Starbuck's coffee. It is coffee that I picked up from the Main Terminal Concourse B Starbuck's.
When it comes to the Starbuck's experience in Starbuck's lingo it would be a tall (3 stars) instead of a Grande (4 Stars), or Venti (5 stars). This is an HMS managed location that provides the amenities of Starbuck's beverages. There are zero tables and seats. Additionally they do not accept the Starbuck's Rewards because they are not a corporate location. The very busy Baristas could be slightly friendlier. But I guess having to consistently serve the throngs of BWI passengers can cause the Barista to say that the Splenda is at the end of the counter instead of have a great day. My Barista, Angel did ask me if I wanted my receipt. She was neither nasty nor friendly. Just busy.
This airport location does have some advantages. This is a three-star rated review. They charge very reasonable prices for their drip coffee. After taxes, my tall drip coffee came out to $2.39. At my local Las Vegas and Henderson Starbuck's, it costs $2.44. For a busy location, the cue transitioned smoothly. Despite the fact that there are zero tables, it is a close walk to the food court and B-gate seats. The biggest advantage is that following hours of traveling between Las Vegas and Baltimore, the strong and savory coffee gave me a nice caffeine boost. When I arrive in New York to see my dad, I will be lively instead of sleepy.
As I sign off from this live review, I would like to conclude it by summarizing this location as a take out location that provides the valuable service of brewing the caffeinated Starbuck's beverages that I love. If it were not for this Starbuck's, I might have been signing off from a nap.Helpful 13Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Sarah R.Pasadena, MD064May 19, 2023
One of the best pink drinks and iced peach green tea lemonade, We've ever had. Great start to the morning.

One Barista - plus three extraneous employees. Barista was confused and extremely slow. Needed help but other employees were too busy talking with airport employees. 12 minutes to get beverage when I was the only customer.

I went to the Starbucks at BWI International Airport located in Concourse B. I was very disappointed that this location did not have decaf coffee. When I asked for it the lady at the register quickly said, "We only have espresso, no decaf". I've always been able to get a decaf coffee from any location, other than this one. So, I didn't order, but my husband wanted caffeine, so he ordered a Skinny Vanilla Latte, which he usually enjoys. However, this one was very bitter tasting and had no sweetness in it at all. He had to put sugar in it in order to be able to drink it. He didn't like the taste even after the sugar being added, but he drank it anyway because he didn't want to waste money. Also, the staff was joking and laughing very loudly and discussing their personal lives while at least five customers were patiently waiting to give their order and/or receive their order.

This place is amazing. Twelve reviews (11 non-filtered reviews + one filtered) with *all* of them 1-star?! I'm not sure if people are just piling on or what?
I mean, I know this is "Charm City" but shouldn't that automatically lower your standards? I know mine has been sufficiently lowered after my 3rd visit to Baltimore.
Well, being the contrarian that I am I will leave them a positive review because my experience was fine. Service was fine, and by fine meaning I'm comparing getting kneecapped to being mauled by a tiger... There's still a Soup Nazi vibe that everyone orders quickly, pays and steps to the right. But like I said before, SoP for this area.
Unfortunately no cold brew here but I did get a Grande® iced coffee ($2.55) that was nice and strong.Helpful 39Thanks 0Love this 41Oh no 0
