Probably my favorite location. Although they are small, they are mighty and fast (or something like that). This location never gave me a problem when I came in for my birthday drink a few days after it had already expired. I always try to wait for the molten chocolate frappucino to come out every year, but sadly it seems like last year was the last year for it

If you want a nice cup of pretentious coffee you've come to the right snob knob. Might

For the overall exp, they have been ok.
I attempt to keep conversation light . There is one with a great accent!! Nice person .
Even when my coffee is lukewarm- the coffee that in 5 min will turn cold? Well they will raise the temp for me. Takes a.bit of time , if I remember from the last time to please make it hotter than normal it comes out quicker.
I wonder if the cups they use are not retaining the temp?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 145359840Jul 3, 2019
This morning at another Starbucks it was recommended I try the blueberry black lemonade so here I am. I have to agree it's very tasty and refreshing, not my favorite but a nice change. The girl was super friendly and efficient in the drive thru.

I didn't want coffee today. Just a breakfast sandwich. The girl that helped me was super busy but made sure I was acknowledged. I appreciate that. I got the double smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich and blech, it is tasteless. Very disappointing. I won't be getting this ever again. Sad I wasted my $5 gift card from a friend.

I really like this Starbucks. They make the best version of the drink I order, but I'm also inclined to prevent waste as much as possible so I bring my own mug to avoid single use cups and plastic lids/straws/etc. I had read articles about franchises taking reusable mugs (and selling them hello??) but still using single use cups during drink prep essentially negating the whole attempt at waste reduction.
Today as I was waiting in the drive through I watched my drink being poured from a single use cup into my reusable mug, and winced as the single use went into the garbage.
My drink and sandwich were still delicious, and when I asked about the single use the helpful employee at the window said that they do generally use single use cups for prep, especially during busy times at the drive through. She mentioned walk in orders or slower times may be less likely for using single use.
So, I guess just be aware if you're ordering using reusable cups/mugs that you may need to go in. Slightly disappointed by this...Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael L.Springfield, MO143597Oct 12, 2019
Just your average everyday Starbucks. Chocolate croissant was stale, ice tea was watered down. This isnt brain science, this is caring about your customers, this place evidently doesn't care to deeply. I normally go to the Starbucks on Louisiana, great customer service just overcrowded today. This might be closer to my home, but will make the trek to my regular Starbucks after this dismal visit.

Very rude service today. I asked for almond milk instead of regular milk in my Cordusio - and when I got to the window, she said, "Cordusio with almond milk right?" I said, "Yes, with almond milk instead of regular milk." She then said rudely, while rolling her eyes, "Isn't that what I said." I said I just wanted to make sure she meant INSTEAD of so that there wouldn't be any regular milk and she just kind of said, "Yeah" while rolling her eyes again. I won't visit this Starbucks location again - maybe none of them - if they think it's okay to belittle a customer. The coffee shop inside of Whole Foods never acts rude or condescending when I ask for almond milk instead of regular - and make sure they understand INSTEAD of. I have never left any other coffee shop almost in tears for being made fun of.
