Do you still accept gift certificate ? It was given to me from your previous location at Spring Mtn.

When I went in tonight they would not honor mine. They declined it. Lost $30. I even showed her the receipt where I had bought 10 and she would not accept it :(

BEWAREMust purchase $20 membership per person to get promo prices. Expires 1 year after purchase.

Not a bad thing though. We don't live in Las Vegas but have been coming here for years at their original location on Spring Mountain closer to Chinatown. Since then many more Foot Spa Shops have opened.

Parking is free. The reception desk is Spa like and the massage area is dark and gives an Asian vibe with colored up lighting with individual stalls for single or couples.

We always get the combo body and foot massage for $48 not in including gratuity or $20 membership fee. If your massage was great please tip your therapist at least $20 or up. If it was outstanding and put you to sleep then $25 or up is appropriate. But if they were talking to each other during the session or smelt like cigarettes and not enjoyable then use your discretion.

We will be back when we are in Las Vegas. Enjoy!

It is beyond ridiculous that we were met with extremely rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and pushy staff at this place. One woman was initially helping us upon arrival and she was so sweet and helpful. We were mostly interacting with her and telling her which service we would like to receive and finalizing the logistics. We were then switched over to another woman with long black hair and bleached highlights at the front desk who was indifferent and full of attitude. She took a lengthy amount of time to process our credit cards and kept messing up and asking us questions that we had already answered with the other woman who is doing right next to her. Clearly, someone wasn't paying attention and ended up confusing herself and heavily sighing as if she were annoyed/pissed off.

For some odd reason, they shoved all three of me and my party into one room so naturally, we would need a bit of time to undress and prepare ourselves for the massage. However, one of our therapists kept barging into our room multiple times and she happened to expose my sister because she didn't knock before opening the door or even asked if we were ready. Instead, she would knock and immediately open the door and stated that she's coming in. By the final time of her immediately opening the door on us, we were still not ready and she exasperatedly yelled "Oh my god!" with a look of annoyance. How rude and unprofessional considering that they gave us such little time to prepare.

The massages were mediocre and were definitely not worth the $70 I had to pay for one hour. Throughout our service, the therapists would chat with each other, let their phone ring out loud, and answer the calls. It is appalling how unprofessional the staff are and it completely ruined our experience. We were so tense and uncomfortable.

We decided to tip $10 and we exited the room. I stopped to notify my therapist that we left the tip on our beds and she asked me "how much?" like what the hell? Who does that? To make matters worse, she said something to another therapist that my sister had and that lady told us that we need to pay $20 for tip. We were so stunned we couldn't speak for a hot second. Mind you, this is the same woman who kept barging into the room and reacted rudely. She kept pushing for us to pay $20 and my sister asked if it was mandatory. She said no but that we SHOULD. I told her that we already are providing tip. She still insisted that we tip and that's when we decided to leave. As we left, she kept calling out to us in order for us to not leave but we were already heading out the door.

Please do not waste your money here. It is not worth it.

      I booked a 60 minute couples massage and 60
Minute private room for a Valentine's Day relaxation weekend I had planned for my partner who lives out of town. I pre booked this weeks in advance and received a call two days prior trying to change my appointment day to another day or me come in the evening instead of the 1pm I booked for. I couldn't do either as we were on a schedule so we stayed with the original booking.

When we showed up I assumed it was going to be a great experience. I needed to use the restroom so I asked and they pointed me in the direction of the one nearest the lobby. It was gross, not clean, missing seat covers, dirty toilet, sink, mirror, ect. I ignored it out of my better judgement.

After paying the $328 for the two of us (two separate charges) we were escorted to the private sauna room. We were told, when ready for your massage, call the phone number on the wall. I asked how long we had in there to confirm time, 60 minutes, and then told the lady I would set an alarm for 1:50 to give us ten minutes to get ready. About 30 minutes in, she knocked on the door to get us to our massages. I told her that we still had some time left and she said they she would bring us back to the room after our massages.

We put on our robes and were escorted through the busy lobby in front of all the other guests checking in, that was uncomfortable. Then let into the massage room and we were left alone for about 25 minutes. Why did we end the sauna room early if we were just going to lay in that room for so long?

Our massage therapists came in, I requested two female therapists, I ended up with a male and my partner ended up with a female. Cool.

During the massage, my therapists phone rang and he had it on the side of the table. Dude what?! Why in the hell did he have his phone out while giving a massage? Both therapists left for a good few minutes to get hot stones, which were used very randomly, I got one on one leg and none on the other. The lady asked very personal questions after the massage which were very rude.

After the massage, my partner realized that she forgot her socks in the other room and didn't want to walk around barefoot so I told her I would go out front and go find them for her. As soon as I walked out, I was met with her therapist. She was rude and pushy and wouldn't get out of my face about how much she expected for a tip. I had already spent money on the massages, I was never going to walk away without a tip but our experience wasn't over and we were supposed to go back to the sauna room.

I couldn't even talk to the front desk person without this therapist interrupting and telling me that I needed to tip them right now. I tried to tell the front desk lady what I was looking for (socks) and that I would tip as soon as we were done which she was fine with. We went to find the socks but we were followed by the therapist. She was NOT fine with us finishing our experience and basically kept me hostage at the front desk until I paid them $20 a piece for their mediocre service.

I got very upset during this interaction and just wanted to leave, ending our experience early and frustrated. I was fine with the massage being mediocre because of the whole experience with my partner but this interaction ruined everything.

I will not be back, I would not recommend and I highly suggest staying away from this place.

Add a tip to your services so that your therapists don't follow your guests to the front desk and hover over them demanding money. Extremely unprofessional!

I am not sure why I am even giving this two stars. I guess because they're breathing. We walked in there thinking we had an appointment and they had no idea we were coming. Maybe we were going to the wrong place. However for $8 more than what they quoted us on the phone they were able to do a massage if we are a member of the club. Since we were not a member of the club for $18 more they would do the massages. One for my wife and one for myself. They were great salespersons at the front desk. Trying to upsell everything. Oh you want oxygen to breathe while you are getting a massage otherwise you have to hold your breath. Everything was an additional charge.

Worst part was when we got done we were still going to give the tip to the ladies that helped us but when they found out we were only giving a 20% tip they insisted that they deserved $20 a piece. A 40% tip each. I actually did go out into the car and get another $10 for them they followed me out to the car. I have never in my life had anybody insist that a tip had to be more. I tip well. And we are from Las vegas. We will never go back to this place. And unless you're going to be willing to accept them running after you telling you that the tip had to be more, then I would not attend this place ever again. Their prices are overpriced and they do not speak English enough to understand I did not want my legs massaged. And they seem to think that a tip does not mean something that you give out of the goodness of your heart but is something that they have worked into their own price. That's the girls that worked it into their price not the management. I give up with this place and I will never attend them again. I am thinking of reporting them to the state board of cosmetology. That is how pissed I am.

We have had many couples massages here in the past, and it had been awhile since we've been back. First, whats the deal with the "membership"? sure you get "lower" prices if you frequent the spa but most hardly go. we both received text and there are signs on the building advertising $44 each couples massage. what it doesn't say is you have to have a membership to get that price. Already less than a minute in the building you're already not happy about that. We made a 430pm appointment, They brought us to the room at 5pm, started the massage after 5pm and it was over at 450pm. not sure how that is a 1hr massage? Neither of our "therapists" were great were great. about a 40-45 min massage, we gave them $20 tip, but they still heckled us. Horrible Horrible business. We will never go back.
Not to mention one of the therapists burped while on top of my wife, no excuse me, nothing. There were others that work there, the kept clearing their throats, like coughing up phlegm. So not relaxing!!

be Prepared to be disresp and harassed . Even though I told them we have a tip for them it's in my wallet in the car, they litterally tried to hold my wife hostage in the building until I returned. They followed my wife out of the store until I met them in the parking lot. Unbeknown to me what happened inside I gave them $20 to split. Massages weren't all that great. But That was unacceptable to them and they demanded that I tip them $20 each. Then tried to negotiate a tip of $15 each. It was incredibly rude of them, and very unprofessional. We argued in the parking lot for about 3 mins then we just left. avoid that place

Massage was great but you cant relax. You can hear the employees talking while getting a massage. There was a man employee sick in there and kept coughing and you can hear him blowing his nose in the bathroom and outside the massage room while getting a massage. You can hear the toilet flush too while getting a massage.

If I can post zero for stars I will this place is terrible from customer service to demanding how much to tip. Not to mention I canceled my membership 3 years ago and they still charging my card I called 3 days in row was told they will contact billing and had me on hold for endless time and still no results I will be filing charge back and let them pay the charge back fee since they did not appreciate my kindness by trying to resolve it directly with them you guys suck worth place every in every way

Oh my, what can I say? Called and made the appt for the $68 foot/massage special advertised on their website. Only to get there and be told it's $88. Ok, whatever. Then I add the $12 cbd lotion. So, even $100! Weirdest massage ever! She spent the majority of the time digging her elbows into me, which wasn't horrible, but there was no actual massage.

Then to just top off the 90 minutes, I tip her $10, a stretch as far as I was concerned, only for her to tell me it was NOT ENOUGH! She let me know it was 90 minutes and it should be at least $20! How do you tell me how much to TIP?

Save your money and go someplace else
