What a nice place to have my clothes laundered and dry cleaned. I dropped off 15 shirts around 7 am and by 5pm they were neatly folded and inserted inside these individual plastic bags. Not a single shirt damaged since I tend to go out of with my shirts.

Customer service is lacking. Every time I go in its someone else but I do get my clothes on time and they're always crisp and ready to wear. If you drop off before a certain time, you get the clothes back that same day... I don't think there's an additional expense either..

I dropped off 5 dress shirts. I asked for an estimate. The guy behind the counter told me it was 2.45 per shirt. I picked them up today and 2 shirts were 2.45 each and the other 3 shirts were 6.68 a piece. That's why I asked for an estimate ahead of time. Bad business practice. I work for the state and get shirts pressed atleast 5 times a week and now will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been a customer for many years! I took my husbands shirt to get cleaned and after picking the shirt up and my husband putting it on for a wedding we noticed the shirt had been damaged (shrinkage). Ive contacted the owner at the Paseo location and provided her proof that in the process they damaged a $600.00 shirt. She didn't seem to value my business and stated they're was nothing she was going to do to make it right. I will never take anything back to Starbright Cleaners.

We had been steady customers of this business for several years, even before the name change from 'Comet' to 'Star Bright.' They seemed to do a pretty good job with a decent turn-around for a decent price. However, we stopped using them a couple of years ago when we discovered that my husband's suit pieces did not match after picking them up. Since he rarely wears suits, we did not discover the error for several months. We were getting ready to dine at a nice restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Image our surprise when he took his 'suit' out of the dry cleaning plastic cover to see that not only were the pinstripes of the coat and pants mismatched but they were also totally different sizes. Since this was the only one he had that really fit him at that time, we were forced to change our dinner plans use. How frustrated and disappointing. When I took the two suit pieces back to Star Bright, they refused to take responsibility, saying we must have given them the mismatched pieces to begin with. We will NEVER them again. P.S. We paid around $400 for that suit so this was a substantial monetary loss.

I took my comforter in to be cleaned, using the rio rancho location. Went in to pick it up a week later with my ticket, was told it was not there, but would get a discount due to it being late, and was told to come back the next day, which I did. It was not there in the store again, it was still "out " for cleaning at their other location. Went back a few days later, it was STILL not there, and I was told that it was still at the other location, and they were having issues with their boiler. I was told it would be there friday. At this point they had it for 2 weeks!. I went in on saturday, it was still not there, and at that point I did get angry. I had been patient all this time. They said it would be there later that afternoon, and that there would be no charge because of all the problems. They told me they would call me when it physically came in. No phone call. I called them 1/2 hour before they closed, they said it had just come in. I race down, and picked up my comforter. There was no charge for it. When I got home, I removed it from the bag and figured out why they did not charge me. The comforter was still dirty and had even more dirt smudges on it than when I had taken it in. They had just wrapped it up and returned it to me uncleaned. They had my comforter for 2 weeks and then returned it dirty. UNBELIEVABLE. The ONLY nice thing about this whole episode was that the staff person I worked with was nice. I don't think he knew what was going on with all this, and I am sure he thought it had been cleaned. At any rate, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I guess I am lucky that they didn't lose my comforter; or maybe they did and they finally found it. Anyway I will go elsewhere.
