They caused 6,000 dollars worth of damage to my car by improperly removing it from going off the road in a snowstorm. Two mechanics who are licensed stated that with a towed hitch in the rear of the vehicle removing it from the tires at one time would have exerted 6,000 pounds pressure on my rear sub frame. I have not had my car for two months and they have taken zero responsibility for the damage and time I have spent with this completely avoidable situation. I spoke to the "owner" of the company who when asked if they dealt with Agero roadside assistance responded with agh um no ya sometimes. This company is out of Meredith NH do not use them, they can't be a reputable company if they do not know how to properly remove a car.

Amazing ! Waited only 10 mins for Tim to arrive - I had been waiting more than 3 hours for AAA they were a no show ! Tom saved the day. Fast , friendly and reasonably priced !
