Emily V.North by Northwest, Lubbock, TX1402Dec 2, 2022I called to see if I could get the gate code since I would be going after hours to get my things out of the storage I was paying on and the lady Ashanti was rude. Told me she needed to see my license, I had a co-worker call the next day to see if it was just me she had a problem with and she was even rude to her. Terrible attitude. They have all my information on file, and definitely don't have a problem calling me to get me to pay. I went in and didn't even have to provide my license to the Male that works there which by the way is VERY VERY SWEET!

Service was uncommonly friendly. The owner helped me with my moving and storage needs like I was family.I also got all my packing supplies as well as Uhaul to move in.The rates were better than others I checked out.
