St Lukes United Methodist Church

This has been our church home since 1994. It is a great and welcoming place for all people. I think the open and freedom to worship God and enjoy community in the Holy Spirit here is my favorite thing about St Luke's. My church is always committed to reaching out to those who may have felt rejected by the generic Christian community for whatever reason. My church seeks to share the Love of our Living God with ALL. If you are looking to live your life to its fullest, please come visit us and find yourself in an incredible, God filled, Joy filled place. You WILL find a community of faith and love, and isn't that what our lives should be? I think so, actually I know so. We are waiting for you with open hearts, open minds and more importantly OPEN ARMS

Very well run and organized church with PLENTY of ways to reach out in the community. I am especially moved by the free clinic, Shepherd's Hope, that you can get involved with here.

I have attended a couple of services here as well. In particular, the community service on World AIDS Day was especially touching. People and leaders from various faiths joined together to honor and remember those with HIV / AIDS. The Orlando Gay Chorus also sang some selections.

Suggested opportunities to reach out in response to the service was especially appreciated as well. I love it when different faiths can come together for a common cause.

This congregations seems to be socially minded and aware, in addition to be being compassionate.

this was my 2nd time visiting St Luke's. i'm attending their 3rd annual summer musical, BIG FISH. Last summer i saw an excellent production of RAGTiME here. I have"t attended one of their worship services yet but if/when i decide to attend church, this is the church I'm going to! Their core values are: Acceptance, Hospitality, & Community.

wonderful church, community, people. Can't say enought good things about this place.
