Spring Valley Water System

The manager of the water system whom also does repair work in the distribution system replaced a service line from my property under the road to another customers meter. He used the backhoe to dig up the water main line and dumped the dirt passed the utility easement onto my property and onto an established bush and treeline. This bush and treeline is used as a screen to screen my home from nearby homes. As a result from removing the dirt to refill the hole the trees and bushes were torn up and left a large gaping hole in the screen line. I called the utility to complain and was told that he would come and review my complaint. Nineteen days later I have not heard from the manager and no one has come out to smooth the dirt pile in my yard. I called the utility and left a message for them to call me and give me the names and phone numbers of the Board members and give me a Board meeting date and the havent responded.
