Do not go here! They got rid of the only stylists that knew what they were doing. We were left with a botched job once you wash the product out of the hair they use to cover up all their mistakes! They offered to 'fix' it, but refused a refund.

Though there is ALWAYS a wait for Ashley W, she is worth it. Highly recommend checking in online before you go to save on wait time. Get the MVP Package, you won't be disappointed even if the price is higher than you're used to paying! Ashley is soft spoken, but very sweet and remembers what you had gotten the prior times you've gone so you don't have to explain it again.

Went in for a haircut... two people getting haircuts with two attendants taking care of them. No one else in store. I'm next, I sign in. My name goes up on digital board 8 minute wait
After about 5 minutes of waiting another customer comes in and signs in, also 8 minute wait... all cool, two customers on barber chairs two attendants taking care of them, two customers waiting both with 8 minute waits displayed (even though I'm already here 5 minutes) Approximately 10 minutes go by display show we are both "on deck"
I assume we are next. One person on chair leaves person who came in after me is taken. No explanation... but I'm next so I make no fuss... another customer comes in 8 minutes wait time, I'm still "on deck" 20 more minutes go by the other customer leaves ( maybe tired of waiting) another 20 minutes go by still waiting. No explanation, no "sorry waiting longer then display indicated" No explanations at all. If they cared about customer service they certainly didn't show it... I finally got inpatient and left. I asked for and explanation and never really got one. They just showed annoyance of my asking for one....
If management cares, they need to train employees to improve customer service.
I never did get my haircut

Tried the first time client yelp deal and got a great cut. Always a little worried for a hair cut especially with really straight hair and a semi-unique combover style. I was greeted, no issues with using the deal, and received the MVP treatment. The barber was professional and accommodated how I like my hair cut. Great laid back atmosphere and barely a wait time (although this was a weekday prior to lunch time). Would recommend giving them a shot.

No bad for an inexpensive haircut.

I do enjoy watching sports while I get my haircut.

My young sons particularly enjoy the hot towel.

I suggest the triple play. Cut, wash, and hot towel.

Be prepared for a wait, the do occasionally have a wait list.

I've been here a dozen or so times and I've had three different stylists and I've been happy with every haircut. I always get the MVP and if Cat is working she's worth the wait. Always get a fantastic haircut from her. As in, wife says wow, you got a great haircut this time. I will continue to go back.

I've been going here for a bit over a year and a half and have gotten my hair cut by each of their staff at least twice. No one has ever done a bad job cutting it. Prices are decent and the staff are very polite, nice, kid-friendly, and fun. A++

I am very disappointed, have been reliably using Sport Clips as my barber of choice for years and never really had a bad experience, until yesterday. I waited until I could try and get up and style it myself before I even wrote this review to give the lady the benefit of the doubt. I won't use names on here because I find that it's rude, however the lady that cut my hair had ZERO personality I was trying to keep the conversation going and trying to make HER feel more comfortable because she seemed very anxious and jumbled from the start. I wish I could've just said that I wanted to wait for someone who seemed like they knew what they were doing but I put my faith in Sport Clips and thought that if they hired her that must mean that she can at least cut hair decently. Wrong. I walked out almost in tears because she refused to listen to me. When I asked for the top of my hair to be shorter she scoffed and said how stupid I would look, and that she refused to cut it any shorter. I don't care what your opinion is, because it was my hair on my head. However i'm not one to start a confrontation so I felt like I just had to accept that she was going to do whatever she wanted to my hair because she had already chopped so much of it off. She styled it atrociously, and refused to listen to how I personally style it and like to wear it. I felt like she was just like here's how i'm doing it and you have to like it because it's done now. I still tipped because I felt that she isn't a bad person just not the kind of person who should be cutting young people's hair. She'd be better off cutting much older men's hair who don't have very much hair and don't have as much of a need for a particular style. Once I got home and rinsed the product out of my hair I realized that she had missed so many places. I had short hairs and long hairs and nothing looked even. Thank god the sides aren't completely trash otherwise I would just shave my head. I was pretty close to doing so right as I walked out. I am so disappointed that I am stuck with this haircut until my hair grows out enough to fix it. I'm so disappointed that I felt that I had to work harder to please my hairstylist than she worked to please her client. I always loved how cheap and reliable Sport Clips were, but after this haircut. I'm not sure I can ever put any faith back in them. They've turned into an over priced Great Clips. Don't go unless you have a particular stylist that you know does a good job. Very disappointed and If anyone reading this has any new suggestions for a trendy and talented barber let me know because I am currently looking for a new place to go.
