Do I have to give you a star? If you are not sick when you arrive, you will be when you leave.
I'm still waiting to get in for my appointment that was 1 hour ago. When called back, the nurse (or nursing assistant??)was obviously having a bad day.
Impatient nurses and sick patients are not a good combination.
Next time, I'll stay in bed, take two aspirins and wait to call my doctor in the morning.

I write this review not for this urgent care, which frankly I don't care for based on past experiences, but for the PA Danielle Fravel, who was working the morning of Saturday, November 13th. (And also the young woman working the front desk, whose name I didn't catch.)

Without going into too many graphic details, I had almost completely ripped off my toenail that morning moving furniture (wear shoes, my people). Unfortunately for Danielle, I chose her urgent care to go to that morning. She would have been well within her right to send me along to another urgent care facility or to an ER to have it managed, but she instead chose to be an awesome provider, and took care of me there.

Many of you know I'm also a PA, and an educator of future PAs, so I know what it takes to provide excellent patient care. Believe me when I say she went out of her way to step out of her comfort zone in the name of providing compassionate, competent care. So thank you, PA Danielle. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

They give you the run around. Told me to go to the hospital I did seen a whole bunch of doctors and did a whole bunch of different test. Now they want me to see another doctor. This urgent care is full of b.s

This probably has to the worst Centra Care I've been to. The location I normally go to was booked so I decided to look at this one. The appointment times don't mean anything here like others have stated. They move at a snails pace when it comes to service but move like a rabbit to collect your copayment. Go elsewhere for your urgent care needs.

Please shut this place down and transfer the headcount to the ER to improve throughout there. This crew sucks and they're slow as molasses. Go to the ER or OrlandoHealth CareSpot if you don't want to wait 2 hours even when you have an appointment.

Couldn't hear anything out of my right ear so i stopped by, Natalie & Dr Tracy were amazing very knowledgeable & sweet. Very quick too was in & out within an hour. Thank you!

Made an 8:00 am appointment. Arrived at 7:45 as email said.... The doors were locked. At 8:00am they opened the doors and let all 10 people who had 8 am appointments. I left at about 8:35 after sitting there with not 1 person being called back yet (and reading reviews). Went to Minute clinic across the street and was able to get an 8:40 appointment and they called me back at 8:38! Got all my testing done by 8:52. DON'T GO TO CENTRA CARE!!! They don't CARE about people who are sick!!!
I wanted to add how friendly and efficient the front desk was checking everyone in for 8:00 am appointments. They were fast, unfortunately after you were checked in you have to sit and wait. I saw the practitioner come in at about 8:25 which is quite surprising considering the first appointment is for 8am! Complete disregard for ALL of their customers. DO NOT EVER GO TO CENTRACARE. I am a practitioner and I am there 15 minutes before first scheduled case ALWAYS!

If you think you are coming here to get medical treatment to resolve your issues. Please DON"T come at all. This place will make you worse and inflict more pain. The staff is under trained to perform any medical duties. In fact they fighting over who should treat my daughter.

Went in for chest congestion. Appointment made online and check in were super easy and efficient. Was see immediately. The PA, mrs fravel was great! Very attentive and took the time.
Only complaint is I wish they could operate as a primary care provider

I had a 3:00 appointment in December 2022 for a sinus infection which I pretty much get every year and normally go to this CentraCare for convenience and cost. The tech took me into the exam room at 4:15 and gave me a Covid test. At 5:25 the PA came in and said it was a sinus infection and gave me a script. Three weeks later I got a bill for over $500 for an emergency visit and excess time in the exam room. I called and disputed the bill explaining the above. A month later they denied my claim and said my insurance paid the contract rate of $200 and I was responsible for the balance. I explained I understood the process but it shouldn't have been a $500 bill in the first place. Next time I'll go to my primary physician or an ER as they overbilled me for a minor exam.

This place is disgraceful! My husband arrive for his appointment for a Covid test. Upon check-in they informed him that they don't accept our insurance... which I know they do because my primary is an advent provider and they accept our insurance, not to also mention I have been to this location a few times for my daughters.
Anyhow they informed him that they would submit Covid test through cares act and they may pay for it but that he will most likely receive a bill for the test and our services! It's no wonder the variant is spreading he had to then leave the location to find another place to take him that wouldn't discriminate against him.
This is BS and I know is not to be true. My husband is British, I am American it's funny how they say different things when they know you are from another country!
