My orthopedic Doctor is renowned in sports medicine and a brilliant surgeon to the stars. I survived a long career as a law enforcement officer and an avid long-distance runner (back in the day). I was diagnosed with a "worn-out" knee, and the doctor recommended possible stem cell research or knee replacement down the road. Both alternatives did not stimulate pain-free activities, with spring soon upon us. I saw an AD for Southbay Wellness and decided to undergo an evaluation. Upon arrival, I noticed that SBW was a Chiropractic office and thought about leaving. I decided to go in and get the assessment. After a set of X-rays, Dr. Jay consulted with me as we viewed the images. He devised a plan for my knee rehabilitation with sound practices and a high-tech alternative treatment plan. I received the first treatment included in my evaluation; after the treatment, I felt significantly less pain. I decided to go through with Dr. Jay's recommended knee treatment plan, and I am currently on treatment number five. I just got back from walking my dog on a mile walk, and I am pain-free! I am very skeptical about old-school Chiropractic care, where everything is an "adjustment." This office is not like that; consider it an alternative between surgery and physical therapy. This has been the best treatment I have received in years.

The bed in the treatment room is very small. When I lie down, I feel uncomfortable. With my current shoulder and neck fatigue, it makes my arms really numb. Today after the treatment session, I feel numb. I don't feel better, until now I still have arm pain.

Today was my 16th visit with Doctor Jay,
For the past 10 years, I've been suffering from my sciatic, and after I visit so many doctors, I decide to quit searching for cure, I came across Dr. Jay and it's not just me, that is happy, the reason I end up in his office was because my wife has come out of the hospital, with no hope for her upper back, after she's been hospitalized for 4 days, they told her she need it surgery, she got two more visits. Her pain is almost gone 100%.,

I have pain issues in the joints for my lower body. Dr J came up with a plan and provided treatment as an immediate relief for the pain.

The way I would describe his treatment is he tried to pinpoint the original cause of the problem and uses a range of treatments to improve the situation.

So that means x-rays to pinpoint, nutrition from within, chiropractor services, laser therapies, electricity therapies, stretch machines/routines.

Pain is not an on/off switch so I am hoping to treat my pain over time.

I went in as I had heard a commercial on the radio regarding neuropathy. I had come to realize I couldn't really feel the carpet under my feet. The initial visit is an exam of where you are now and xray. I was about 50% loss in both feet. Dr. Jay explained the program and how he had used it himself to recover from an accident several years ago. He was very excited about the program, but it is a bit expensive and I let him know I really needed to consider it. After speaking with a few clients about their experience and results, I finally decided it was worth my investment.

I'm glad I did! I can feel the carpet now, 4 months later. I'm at about 10% loss - that's a huge improvement! And that was with a few breaks and imperfect following of the program.

I want to thank Dr J and his kind staff for helping me recover from a Meniscus tear in my knee that was causing excruciating pain. I couldn't run for several months and sometimes, it hurt walking, and occasionally I even limped.

I went in out of desperation, and was skeptical of the plan he suggested. It turns out he was 100% correct on the time and frequency needed to recover non-surgically.

I bought the 20 visit plan and went consistently. I could feel the progress after about a month. He did suggest some PT to strengthen the area around the knee, which I did at the end of the plan, and just before a vacation to Germany.

I was able to walk and hike the hills of Germany, and am back to running! No pain, and I am SO HAPPY to have my life back.

I was seeing a different chiropractor for the last 2 years for an issue with a disc in my neck. But recently the issue started coming back, so I decided to go with another chiropractor. I had known about South Bay Wellness Center from a previous web search, so I decided to give them a try. During my consultation with Dr. Jay, he took x-rays of my neck & back area and was able to point out the specific areas that needed correction. From there he recommended a treatment plan to get me closer to normality. That same day, he had me started on therapy and any necessary adjustments. From only my first week of treatments, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. Thank you to Dr. Jay and his excellent office staff. Would definitely recommend this business for your chiropractic needs.

Signed up for a FB ad for $49 first time visit to use decompression machine. Get the the office and he says $49 is for consultation and no treatment services. This is a bait and switch and wasted my time as a professional. I should've looked at his reviews prior.

Dr. J and his staff are the best. Their knowledge, compassion and kindness are the reason I have continued to stay as Dr. J's patient .

I was diagnosed with degenerate disc disorder and told there nothing they can do other than surgery when I'm older and I would have to manage my pain myself.. I came across SBWC so o went for a consultatio. I was very scepticle as this would not be done through my insurance. Dr Ebadat was great with explained the reality of the reaults I would get, he was very patient with ALL my questions and concerns. I took the plunge and I'm amazed at the results till date. I could not function at all and feared what will my life be like as this would only get worse. I am now able to at least do everything things that are taken for granted In a daily basis... i just signed up for a second package and am very hopeful that by the end of my treatments I will be fully functional and pain free!... did I mention the staff are super friendly and accommodating...always look forward to my sessions.
