SoundPoint Audiology and Hearing

Purchased hearing aids several years ago and very satisfied with the product, with customer service and especially with the aftercare (free followup appointments for the life of the hearing aids, along with batteries and other accessories). Nancy does a very thorough job. Would highly recommend to others.

I started with my hearing aids when I was in Florida, Audibel ("they are made up in Minnesota), and was impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and understanding that I received. Then when I moved back up to Minnesota I was a bit confused, since the Audibel place in Inver Grove Heights was closed and was directed to Apple Valley, where It was PinDrop, then I was directed to Soundpoint, again in Inver Grove, but each place was able to work with me, and understood what hearing aids I had. Now I am going to Shoreview, and back with the audiologist that I started with in Inver Grove, and with my second pair of hearing aids. My only problem is trying to understand how to adjust when in extremely loud situations. But Nancy has been more than patient and helpful with me to enable me to get the best out of the instruments. It is a pleasure to be with her, as well as the rest of the office staff.
