Sonic Drive-In

Service is always good. If you use app then drinks are always half off. Staff is super friendly.

Sonic is already not good anywhere, any town USA!!! But this one is the worst. Closed days at a time for whatever reason... the water in Heavener is already bad, hopefully they filter their drinks... but highly doubtful.

We we're driving through town traveling and stopped for a late lunch. OMG this sonic is on its game. The order came out fast. The burgers were hot and the veggies were fresh. Tasted like Sonic should taste.

you go to the sonic for food to take home you order the breakfast toast bacon and egg. You get charged $7.00 for 2 of them and there is no bacon and the bread is definitely not toast. This sonic has really gotten bad sorry

I usually go to the Sonic and Heavener Oklahoma love love love me some cherry limeade they're very good and very friendly

Twenty-five minutes to get two drinks ordered on the app! No response at all when pushing the ref button to ask what the hold-up was. If we hadn't prepaid, we'd have left.

Overall service is a bit on the low side. To receive even the smallest of orders takes a tad bit longer than it should. The younger workers can easily be seen messing around instead of doing their jobs (chatting/doing nothing ect.). I've overheard many of the younger workers admitting to lying about their icecream machine failing to work certain days simply because they "did not feel like serving it".

Took forever.. Wait staff had to go get ketchup for us then a second trip because they failed to put plastic ware in bag... Ordered bowl of chili and it came in Aprox 3oz little container... Almost like a sample size ... Had to repeat our order about 4 times.. Either speaker not working well or other issues... I guess I am not a sonic fan any more! Not like they used to be years ago wth music in background , roller skating car hops , hand dipped onion rings and little animal tooth pics! Ha sonic has really lowered there quality from years ago..
