Somerset Commons

I have lived here since 2011, It is now almost Thanksgiving of 2017, ever since I moved in here, I have been treated very well. The last management was especially good, they were right on top of things if you needed anything done, and things go wrong every so often. Right now I need hot water, I think my pilot light blew out. I also need weatherstripping around my door, the cold air just comes pouring through the sides of the door. Tried and tried and tried to call the office and every time I call I get the message that no one is there to take my call and to call back later. Is that any way to run a business? They make it so you can't even leave a message! When Stout management was here, if I needed something done, they were on top of it, like within the hour! I already miss them so much, this new owner and management are off to a horrible start with me, They've been in charge for about a month now, and apparently no help is available for two months! I hope things get better, or I'm going to want to MOVE.

Somerset Commons has the most caring and polite staff. The apartments are kept up very nice and they have washer and dryer.

We haven't been allowed into clubhouse for almost one year always new people in office and they never keep you updated. Rent keeps increasing by huge amounts each year one year my rent increased $75! Not good place to be anymore looking to move when lease is up

It's a shame how the new owner has managed to alienate the tenants. This is a low-income senior community but the management company seems to think that we're made of money. The units are run down and are in a terrible neighborhood, full of hookers and homeless-many of which manage to get into our gated community.

I work with seniors and was going to recommend this place for a friend and then I saw the bird traps on the carports! Can't feel good about sending someone who loves animals and bird watching to this place. Sad
