Snow Nails

Very very unhappy with the nails, service and attitude of manager. Was not told had to specify what kind of nails I wanted they would not do the kind I wanted and the ones they did were full of air bubblrs. When I called to ask for refund he said I should have said something then. That they would fix them, WHY would you let the one who did a horrible job do them again? No Don't Give this place your money, it would be wasted.

Received gel manicure, eye brown and chin wax.
They do eyelashes as well.

I have been to this shop twice. the first time I went I got French gel pedi and manicure. I spent $100 with tup.My too turned yellow. I have them another chance and went again. this time I got regular French pedi manicure. The white tips came off after 24 hrs. when I went back, she didn't want to fix it.
Dont go to this shop. They don't backup their work.
Bad customer service.

Had my first pedicure and was pleased. Staff ladies were very nice to both my mom and I. This was her idea so I went along with the plan. Will probably return for this service again in the near future.

I received a gel fill in and pedicure Friday 5/6 around 5:15 pm. I called ahead for an appt, I was late Terry took me anyway. She did a lot of education about nail up keep. I expressed to her that I typed most of my day on my full time and own a bakery. Showed her some of my cakes. We discussed the layover should be strong and with medium thickness.

That evening I went home to cook. Thumb Nail broke immediately removing the plastic cover from some garlic powder. The next morning as I was decorating cupcakes, ring finger nail snapped in half. It's Mothers day weekend, I have two broken nails and deliveries to make.

The nail techs are extremely nice and professional. I must be honest Terry needs more training on doing nails. I returned Monday 5/9 for the repair on 3 broken nails. Terry charged me $5 per nail, on a set she put on just 3 days ago.

Very disappointed that she did not hold herself accountable for the thin layer she applied.

I do NOT recommend this nail salon. It was a waist of my HARD EARNED money.

Most nail salons are taking extra sanitization measures, but not this place. Came in for a pedicure and the woman squirted hand soap in the water to make it bubble, put on a used pair of gloves that was sitting on top of her station, and used old tools that were not cleaned. I could see her tapping off the tools in an attempt to "clean" them but there was no liquid used whatsoever. It was just the skin falling off from the previous person. There are plastic barriers on two of the five manicure stations but on none of the pedicure stations. I also found it odd that they used cuticle softener to scrub the bottom of my feet. Maybe that's normal? I don't recall ever seeing that happen.

I would have given three stars since the pedicure didn't look bad, but the woman doing my nails was very interested in whatever was playing on Netflix and got really distracted. A few times she stopped to watch the TV. Then, when she was fanning my nails to get them to dry before putting on the top coat, she had no idea that the fan was no where near my feet because she wasn't even looking. I don't know what she was fanning, but it wasn't my nails.

There is a sign encouraging people to pay in cash due to the cost of credit card transactions. I paid with a card and they charged me an extra dollar to cover the cost of the credit card transaction. I know it's only a dollar, but that cost is supposed to be covered by the business. To put that cost on the customer seems unethical to me.

Overall, it wasn't the best experience and I don't think I'll be back.

I have been going to this nail shop for 8 years now and my experiences there are top notch every time! I was sold when I went in for just my second appointment and both managers remembered my name. They are honest, upfront and always make sure you are happy with your work before you head out. They have become increasingly busy over the years so I would highly recommend an appointment, but walk ins work also!

I am a faithful customer every two weeks and recommend this nail salon to every one of my friends and all have had nothing but positive things to say.

I really liked how the tech listened and actually reshaped my nails the way I wanted...

I really like all of the technicians at Snow Nails, but DON'T GET THE MANAGER TO DO YOUR FINGER NAILS!!! She does a horrible job. She applies the gel too thick! It looks a mess! Get anyone else but the manager. She is usually the one who answers the phone. Don't know her name though.

I still go to get my nails done by Tommy or Melissa. They do excellent work.

Literally was just in this shop a week ago. Got a full set acrylic....already my nails are popping off. And they are popping off so easily as if they were the stick on nails that little children get from the pharmacy or Walmart. I will NEVER be returning here. I used to come here all the time, but this is ridiculous.
This place is under new management, this was me giving you all a chance and you failed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Best place I've ever been to I tried so many mail salons but this one was the best and recommend to everyone I know . All these old reviews from 17-19 are wrong I've been going here for over a year and would chose them every time no matter what
