I booked a car for my boss to/from the airport and his hotel while visiting customers in NC. The driver did a great job. The car was clean and was exactly what I had ordered. My boss reported no issues.

There was a snafu on the communication with the dispatcher and I that caused some confusion as I had directed that the driver meet my boss in the baggage claim at the airport, and they forgot to communicate that to the driver. However, it was sorted out quickly via phone calls and the time lost was of no consequence.

Prices were reasonable.

I would hire them again.

Let me tell you, Mr Dwight is so very professional, he was on schedule. The Rolls was very clean, driver was professional and on time.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dwight, he was so professional on the day of my son's wedding on April 27, 2019 at HighGrove Estate. We had phone contact with Dwight all day long to make sure everything we discussed regarding Bridal Party, Guest Transportation ran smoothly.
All the vehicles were on time, immaculate and all the drivers were so professional. It was amazing experience!!!! I was really nervous at first because we are from out of town, did not know what to expect. He without a doubt exceeded all our expectations!!

I received notification 1/13/19, that the final monies owed were credited to my account: $28.08 on 1/9/19 and $200 on 1/11/19. Saturday, 1/12/19, I received a certified letter from an Attorney (dated 1/10/19), on the behalf of SLL, that if I didn't update or remove my original review, "he may have an actionable claim for libel". I provided facts from my experience. That's what a review is. It wasn't until I posted my original review, that SLL finally returned my calls/email, about the money they still owed me. It was no longer necessary at that time for me to personally have any farther communication with SLL, because I contacted my CC company to deal with the Vendor for the final monies owed. I didn't want free limousine service. I just wanted the money they owed me. A full refund should have been provided on 12/13/18, when the Vendor cancelled the service.

Marvin, our driver arrived on time looking great and his infectious enthusiasm only added to our fun and enjoyment! I would highly recommend them and plan on using their service again! Dwight was great at communicating and keeping in contact with me. The contract was quick and simple. Great service, they were on time. Fair pricing and because they were on time we didn't have to worry. The bus is a little dated, but the party bus was a blast.

I hired Smith Luxury Limousines to take my daughter and her friends from our home in Garner to Soo Cafe for her 17th birthday. We got a party bus with blue tooth and lights, extra fancy. My husband saw them off and said the driver was great. The kids were very impressed, and I was relieved knowing 9 kids were safe and sound for the next 4 hours. They were delivered back to our doorstep after the party. Service was genuine and caring. The prices were reasonable, I called everyone in the phone book. They were kind and answered all of my mother hen questions. I would definitely use them again.
