Stopped in one time for a meat raffle. Definitely a local bar.

Bloody Mary was delicious and spot on. You were supposed to get the glass with it, they must have forgot.

Only had the shaved beef sandwich to share, was 4 star. Good au jus to go along with it.

A Lake Tom staple! Great for a night out. Although if you aren't a regular it can be intimidating, everyone knows each other. Always friendly and great staff. Go for the drinks and smiley fries.

Found a gem in Lake Tomahawk WI. Small place but friendly staff and great drinks. So reasonably priced too. Can't wait to try their food. Please stop and support them

It's not a trip to Northern Wisconsin if we don't visit Smiley's!! The owners are always there, and they are so friendly. They always engage their customers and make you feel right at home. It reminds me of Cheers in that way, except they don't necessarily know your name (nor would I expect them to lol). The Bloody Marys are so delicious at Smiley's, with lots of garnish. They often have a seasonal drink. Last fall we got a pumpkin pie beverage that was incredible. The food is typical bar food, but done well. They have lots of fried stuff to choose from, and that's never a bad thing! I could (and have) spend many hours at Smiley's. Everything about this bar is inviting and it is the perfect "up north" bar.

They oughta call it Frowny's. One star for being open. My dog really liked the Philly Cheese Steak. There were cute bees outside.

This home away from home is a definite must stop! Great Owners, friendly staff that knows the value of customer service and delivers time and time again! The food is better than average by far and the local knowledge of what to do, where to go is fantastic!
