I replaced my iphone 5C screen with this iphone guru about 6 months back. It took about 20 minutes and he was done. This is a 1 man business and he is VERY good. He uses top notch replacement glass and I can vouch that for the past 6 months my screen has held up great and not once have I felt that it is made of an inferior quality glass. I highly recommend this one man shop although understand that it will cost about $90 but in my opinion it is worth the while if you plan on keeping your phone for another year.

A whole 3 years later the owner PAUL COHEN sends me a threatening Yelp message saying I need to remove my review. Still butt hurt after all this time and his customer service still has not improved. Why would ANYONE want to deal with him?

This customer never used my service. He was upset that I could not get parts to fix his device. He was upset that I did not have a storefront. Why would I need to incur that overhead? He never came to my home office and he even reported me to the town. I pity the business that tried to help him with this broken phone.
Jul 22, 2019Previous reviewReally bad customer service contact. This is a HOME based business and they don't always pick up the phone like a brick and mortar shop. The listing does not say that. I also had to text and wait for a reply. When I told the person on the other end what phone I had I was advised that they don't work on my phone. I advised that the Google listing that was posted did not exclude any phones and said I thought the leading was misleading. The person instead of just apologizing and accepting the constructive criticism to perhaps amend the listing decided to insult me and said I was just "butthurt" that they would not work on my phone. All in all bad customer service contact....find a REAL brick and mortar store with people who treat others better.

Excellent service and prompt responses to all my questions. He had to order the screen for our model, but had it within 2 days. The iPad looked brand new and the Touch ID still worked after screen replacement and he used a good adhesive - will go to him when we need screen repairs from now on- I had another iPad repaired elsewhere that lost Touch ID and was not glued properly so dust got under the screen. He knows what he's doing, don't be put off by the fact that he works out of his home. And it's well priced.
