Alyssa was amazing! Her attention to detail to make sure I had a great first experience with Skin Lounge is the reason I can't wait to come back already!

Jen is the sweetest gal ever. I am so impressed with her kind and generous spirit. She "evaluated" my almost non-existent eyebrows and set me up with an amazing product: Revitalash Hi-Def Tinted Brow Gel. Now, I love my brows and they help accentuate my eyes, instead of fading away into nothingness.

Jen Buchignani will take care of you waaay better than anywhere else. Hands down best facial I ever had... "the decadent" treatment is to die for!!! Plus Jen is a waxing ninja!!

Jen is AMAZING, all these good reviews are no joke! I've never gotten my legs waxed before, but I needed to get them done with very short notice. Her location amazingly calming, beautiful, and smells absolutely delicious.

She was very sweet, very very easy to talk to, and I honestly barely even noticed that she was ripping hair out of my legs the entire time because I was so comfortable and having such a nice conversation with her.

She takes her time with you and really makes you feel like a special client. It's a five star treatment! She did a great job and is worth every penny that she charges ($45 for half leg). I would - and will, without a doubt - go back to her.

I had my first visit with her on the eve on my 30th birthday now I am a regular. I was never regimented when it came to skin care and it showed. A few months after getting on board with her recommended skincare regiment my skin is hydrated and looks noticeably better. She takes the time to educate me on how my skin and the products I use work.

I also have her wax my brows and she does a great job (i.e. she doesn't "do" the same brow for everyone like a brow bar.)

Her organic spray tans are also amazing/life changing.

The space is comfortable, super stylish and has nice touches (my favorite: bowls of Altoid mints everywhere)

I recommend her to everyone, she's that good, and I am picky.

Jen is the best esthetician! Her waxing services are great. She spends a lot of time on whatever you are having waxed. With eyebrows she waxes and plucks those hard to reach stray hairs. Her facials are wonderful - so relaxing! She also uses the best products - Dermologica.
Her new location has a soothing, Zen feeling to it. Jen is amazing. I highly recommend visiting her!!

Jen is not only amazing but very professional! She has bent over backwards with my crazy schedule to get me in for all my waxing, facial and spray tans! I found Jen because I got an awful spray tan before a very important event and she stayed late to fix the other girls work! Wouldn't go anywhere else now!!!

Jen is amazing, she explains everything before and during your appointment. She has such a peaceful vibe it makes the experience that much better. I have been on eyebrow rehab to work towards the best brows I have ever had and I love her vision for my brows they are really looking great. My favorite thing that she told me is that my eye brows are not twins but sisters, one is a really nice sister and the other is trouble. We are working at getting trouble on board with our plan ;).

I had the most wonderful flash facial / brow wax and tweeze from Dierdre. She is just starting at Skin Lounge and I needed a brow fix badly. She was very careful and meticulous.. Giving me suggestions and explaining what she was doing. The facial that followed was so relaxing! She has a soft touch and combined with the quiet space made me feel pampered! I highly recommend Dierdre!

I haven't been to Jen's new location, but have been a client of hers for years. She is the BEST option for waxing in Healdsburg, and beyond. I've been bouncing around to other people because of my schedule and location, and can say that no one is as efficient or detail-oriented as Jen. She is easy to be around and makes what could be awkward situations (or positions, depending on what's being waxed!) very comfortable and casual, while maintaining a professionalism that is appreciated. I highly recommend her!
