Simpson DermCare and Family Medicine

My family and I have always been well taken care of at this office by both Dr. Simpson and Dr. Tew. Their office staff are both friendly and helpful as well. I would refer anyone to them.

It's very unfortunate that this office doesn't take care of their patients. When my fiancé went in to their office and the receptionist told him MULTIPLE times that his service would be covered. Then a few weeks later he gets a bill in the mail. After a few back and forth phone conversations they have decided to send him to collections with no exceptions.

It's just truly sad how they handled our situation especially after being told something different than their actions.

I do not recommend this office as their actions do not match up with their words.

We will not be returning as their patients.

We have been using this office for our primary care for the past several years. I have never had a bad experience! My husband and I, along with her five children have had everything from Dermatological issues to knee problems, sore throats to tummy troubles and everything in between. So, as you can imagine, we have visited this office often! We have never left feeling more than satisfied! I would recommend any of their providers at any time!

Dr. Simpson is the best! As well as the rest of the staff. They are all so friendly and ready to help in anyway they can. I had a wonderful experience in his office and I would highly recommend him to everyone! They took me right back with no wait and they were very helpful with everything that I needed to get done. This is the kind of hospitality I would hope to see in every doctors office!
