This is easily the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going for several years and OCCASIONALLY I'll make the mistaking of "cheating" on them with another salon and I always regret it. Price is reasonable, but most importantly is the service is always perfect. The gel nails last longer than any other, the technique is perfect, and the workers are exceptionally nice

I rarely give one start reviews but this nail salon I will never go back to. I made an appointment to get a gel x removal. The lead manicurist/owner was very sweet and did her best but the actual process of removing my gel x was extremely unsanitary. She wore ONE glove and pulled out a scrappy altoids canister with filing tips from her random drawer. Which she then proceeded to give to her colleague to use on another client.

The manicurist never removed the gel x. I even let her know that there was still residual product to which she said it was "just the color of my nail". She insisted on a gel manicure even though I asked for a filing and clear polish and the gel manicure was awful. The manicurist/owner handed me over to another associate who proceeded to damage my cuticles with her rough filing method. She didn't even stop when I flinched and said "ouch". I will that this lady knew that my nails still and residual gel x but rather than do something about it she proceeded to continue. So lame. Even when I acknowledged it she said "ok ok". And did nothing. I gave up.

Needles to say, I will never be coming back to this place.

The store smells overwhelmingly of acetone with little ventilation. My dip nails also chipped after 2 days. Friendly staff, though.

Quick, easy visit. Had me in and out on the same day I called for an acrylic removal, new set and pedicure. Love how she did the shape, very happy!

I don't know what to say other than it was the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Wish I looked at the reviews before I got here.
The woman was actually looking at other clients (who were so talking so loudly) rather than looking at my nails while she was filing them. I can't believe I paid 60.00 for something so horrible.

Just left and I'm so utterly upset and disappointed, truly wanted to love this spot with it being so close after moving to the neighborhood. I have acrylics and they cut them down so unbelievably low. Nicked my cuticle and nail bed with the file to the point it hurt, is cut up, and inflamed. The acrylic are lumpy and misshapen and not even fully to my nail bed. I'm so unhappy with this that the convenience isnt worth it, I'll be going to my usual spot across town.

Possibly the worst place I've done my nails. I asked for the fiberglass, which is basically the same as regular, but they charged me more.
Super thick coat, crooked nails, no cuticle care.

Had a gel manicure and regular pedicure here and the quality was pretty bad. At first I thought my mani was okay with just some small flaws (uneven, a few semi see through patches and thick in spots.) and that I'd be the only one to notice the flaws.

Then 2 days after the manicure the gel was chipping. Gel doesn't usually chip. Maybe they water down their polish? Or maybe it's because the manicurist kept cutting the time in the uv light thing short so she could do them faster? Either way, by the 3rd day I have 3 chipped nails.
I've been sick with a cold so I haven't even done anything physical that would contribute to the chipping.

Pedicure polish was fine but they cut my nails uneven and don't even do a basic callous scrub.

I would not recommend this place but it's worth noting that my friend's manicure came out fine, so maybe it was just the manicurist that did my nails.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy regular gel pedis together and got to try this place for the first time. We live very close by and I'm pleased to say we'll be regulars at this salon. I didn't catch the technicians' names but they were friendly and the foot and calf massage we both got were amazing! They have a good selection of colors, I'm sure I won't run out of ones I want to try.
