Wasn't responsive after he got his money. Also missed a major flaw with the door construction in our new home.

Kelly at Sierra Inspection Services was thorough and explained everything about my new home. I feel confident that his assessment provided the information I needed as a new home buyer. And he has a great sense of humor!

Kelly was so thorough and amazing. He was the only inspector who was available within a 24 hour period for a home we had recently gotten in escrow on. Our realtor gave him all the specs of the home so he could plan accordingly (it's a bigger property so he allocated 3-4 hours).

After he wrapped up his inspection, he talked to us in-person and detailed out the biggest issues/risks we needed to watch out for. We're now using his report as a way to negotiate with our sellers to get some money back. The entire process was so easy (including the way he's leveraged technology to schedule, actually do the report and send us the report!) and I highly recommend Kelly to any prospective home buyers who are looking for an honest and extremely thorough inspection!

Kelly was simply amazing! He arrived early (which is better than ontime) and did such a thorough job. He made the buying process one a little more enjoyable knowing what we were buying in our new home. The home was not perfect, what home is? But Kelly made sure we knew exactly what we were dealing with.

Kelly was absolutely first-class. He spent 3 hours thoroughly inspecting the home--getting in the small crawl spaces under the house as well as the tight cubby areas in the attic and everything in between. He provided a 70+ page detailed inspection, highlighting the major flaws as well as the minor fixes required. He obviously is very knowledgeable-- knows CA code very well/is ASHI certified. He provided a free roof inspection. He gave us free access to a tool that helps us track when the home will need maintenance. He made the time the next day to speak with me and my father-in-law (who knows a bit more about homes than me), answering every single one of our questions. Finally he recommended next steps in terms of further investigations that he would do if he were buying the home.

Great experience. And I will be using him for my next home.

Jason not only showed up on time and did a thorough and professional inspection on the house I was buying, he stayed later than the allotted time to explain his findings. I even took him up on his offer to stop by and reevaluate one of the major repairs after demolition and he offered some great advice as to how to proceed at no additional charge. This guy is honest, trustworthy, reasonable and takes real pride in what he does. Very refreshing.
