Shoppers World

I will never go back to this store. It's funky, the cashiers are slow and don't know what to do. Other cashiers wanted to pick and choice who they was going to ring up.

The management here is awful will not shop here again the manager mr John Taylor refuses to ring anyone at the cash register when the line has 15 to 20 people waiting and only one cashier the only one that is friendly and always doing job correct is the security greeter man mr Coarse so sad this store is run down

I don't know why there are negative reviews here regarding shoppers world in Reisterstown. I went to this place today and absolutely loved it. An employee saw me walking around a bit confused and the moment I looked at her she walked towards me to help me out. The lady at the cashier had a bit cold vibe going on but wasn't disrespectful or unhelpful. Though they don't let you take the carts outside the shop (completely understandable) the security guard asked me to bring my car around and loaded all my bags in the trunk :) the store itself is pretty big and diverse too. Even though I had to drive 30 mins to get to the place, it was completely worth it in the end :)

The management here is poor and uncaring therefore the employees under them display poor service and are not customer friendly. They make you feel like your a bother to them when in all actuality if it wasn't for us they would not have a job.
I went there twice in 2 weeks and both times there were no carts available (how are you suppose to shop there) the ones in the store were full of the employees reshop items. The manager is never anywhere to be found and the cashiers (the 1 they have working, shaking my head)are not educated as to where the product is to even help you...or maybe they just don't want to help. They never speak when you enter they just stare at you...and will see you walking towards them and turn down the first isle they come too.
I take the long ride to the Route 40 Location just to avoid poor service and lack of knowledge of the whereabouts of products in the store that they work in. This is all to avoid them ruing my good day.
I'm hoping upper management reads this and make changes so that people will have a pleasant experience going there!
I'm rating a 1, please change my mind.

thanksgiving morning shopping went smooth -doors open on time -everyone was nice and friendly -all my questions for mdse. location were taken care of -friendly staff -I was in and out with my gifts and was also asked if I needed help with my large heavy box to take to the car -WOW ! I was happy !!

The store is full of items not made in the USA but I still buy from here. I love the prices on al clothes items. Cashiers and staff were professional.
