You abruptly left my residence after my wife asked to read the contract she was told to sign regarding service to the HVAC that has been down over a week now. Why would you offer paperwork for signature without allowing people to read through what is being stipulated? That sounds like a shady business to me.
I'd gladly remove the negative post if clarification can be provided over the abrupt, negative and total lack of professional service provided.

Ooh wow fiction can be fun but it's for the people like you who don't live in reality. I'm a man of good character who doesn't do things that you suggested, we only contracted the job through a warranty service of yours. Everything was wonderful until they didn't cover the charges for you so grow up and pay to have your equipment working. You left your people without air conditioning over $120 so take your own accountability and it's obvious that you are wrong which is why on your Review, you used your bad review as a bargaining point which shows your lack of...everything. we will continue to satisfy our customers needs by simply repairing or replacing their HVAC and Electrical systems. Also stop creating false accounts posing as me Rick Sheppard owner of Sheppards Heat and Air and Electrical cause not many men could carry the burdens that I do everyday, also cause I'm giving you grace by not perusing your ridiculous review any further than this.

WIthout looking at heater, they diagnosed problem as needing a new blower motor, even tho I had already told them it had been replaced two times but not fixed the problem They also set an appointment without consulting me. When I reiterated that motor was not the problem, Ricky's response was not that they would look for another solution but that I was a know it all and should not question them. Guess they never heard of customer service and I think that he is the one who thinks he is a know-it-all. How does he stay in business?
