We were one of his first customers and then he became too busy to follow through on work he had promised to do for us (e.g. never put down mulch last year, didn't keep up on landscaping, kept putting us off for months never to complete tree cutting work, etc.) He is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful (e.g. chews tobacco & spit it in our yard, communicates via text only and does so in a very passive aggressive manner, etc.), and has no idea how to run a business. His rates, which he does not communicate before work is performed, are random and outrageous.
