Q:
Did you book through flysfo? Wondering if they are a real company.
A:
Yes. I called them first to speak to someone. The best deal is to prepay the parking fee. I estimated generously on the arrival time. I was 40 minutes off and the landing time; I was an hour off. It worked fine. Plan for a 20 minute Air… more

Waiting for more than 40 minutes for long-term parking shuttle at international airport to take us back. Still no sign of shuttle! Given the rates are so high, and I see more than 5-10 people just standing behind glass counters doing nothing, it might make sense to hire more drivers.
In this time, we saw 4 PARK SFO off-site shuttles. Take your money elsewhere and save time and moneyHelpful 6Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 1, 2024
I was a bit hesitant to park here due to the high cost, but thought it would be easier and safer since it's operated by SFO. Plus I wanted to park somewhere that has covered parking.
Fortunately I was able to find a promotion shortly before our departure date on their website. I think I got 40% off for long term parking which you have to prepay. We ended up paying about $16/day for 17 days. I know a lot of off-site parking companies are cheaper, but if you're looking for convenience and safety, this would be your best bet.
It was easy for us to access the Long Term garage, find parking, and take the AirTrain to the International Terminal (which takes about 15 min). Just make sure to add time to do all of the above so you're not rushing to make your flight. Coming back was easy as well. We found my car in the condition we left it. Happy parking!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christian T.Aptos, CA082Apr 4, 2024
This was great. Yes it's a little mire than off airport parking. But it was so somple to book and use my phone to check-in at the parking lot gate. Not to mention so convenient too. And safe. I'd highly recommend use this option if your traveling for a week or more than 4 days.

Still a reliable place to park. Safer then most other spots with 24-7 tram access to SFO. The only thing ive noticed now is there is no longer a discount code available and it seems like their parking is getting more packed. Its taken me at least 15-30mins to find a space my last couple visits, when usually i'm able to find a space within 10. Signage is easy to follow and get to the tram. Easy to drive to right off 101.

The garage is covered and the tram access to the airport is easy to get to. The trams run frequently and really easy to get to the terminals from the stops. Now the Lyft and Uber prices to the airport are getting too high I will definitely be using this place more.

Flying out of SFO this garage is nice, airport tram pics you up no hassle of waiting for bus. Well lit garage with plenty of parking. Used this long term garage every time we've flown out of SFO.

I pre-paid for long-term parking. QR code didn't work, when I pushed intercom, all I got was a ticket. Leaving, there was no cashier, the only way I could exit was pay AGAIN with a credit card. I predict a long, ridiculous journey to try and get a refund.

SFO Long Term Parking is a little bit away from the SFO Terminals, but is accessible via the Air Train. The Long Term Parking has two major buildings as well as surface level parking and you access the Air Train from a walkway on one of the buildings.
It's cheaper if you prepay on their website which needs to be done at least 2 hours before you arrive, and you can scan a qr code with your reservation to get in and later get out.
For EV drivers, they do have some EV Level 2 Chargers as well as outlets where you could plug in your own charger. I haven't tried those before with my EV but might if I'm going for a few day trip and my battery is super low.
The Air Train comes every 4-6 minutes, and depending on which Terminal you're headed to or whether you have TSA Pre or Global Entry or CLEAR, you might want to plan that into your commute time.
Long Term Parking is roughly about $20/day, which is isn't too bad. There would be times we asked friends or family to give us rides to and from the airport, but it becomes a hassle if they haven't responded yet and you get anxious about whether you need to make other plans.
Again, make sure you plan accordingly, even in the lots you might need to go up a couple elevators and cross walking bridges to even get to the Air Train.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - John M.San Francisco, CA0344Mar 2, 2023
I have been parking at SFO Long Term Parking for the past 2 months to take my weekly trip to the East Coast. It is simple and straight forward to book via the SFO webpage. They use to give a discount but no more. Why the low rating?
I usually take the red eye flight out of SFO and get to the garage around 8pm. For the past two weeks, they have been pushing cars to go to the second garage and park on level 2 or 3. They block off with cones to get to the higher levels. BTW, the tram station is on level 5. What pisses me off even more is when I take the elevator up to the 5th floor and walk over the walk way to the other garage, there are many open spaces! Now, I can imagine SFO telling me that the other "closer garage is full and there are no spaces available. AGAIN, I have been going there once a week for the past m9nth and I KNOW what is full and not. My only guess on why they keep us on one level is due to car break ins. There is a security guard in the 2/3 level but I saw none in the other levels. SF has a major problem with car break ins and DO NOT leave anything valuable in you car!
I'll still park there but really wish they would open up ALL of the garages. Especially on Monday nights around 8 PM.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Nov 12, 2022
Accidently pulled into sfo parking vendor when I got off the freeway. That one is not the sfo long term parking. Keep going around the bend to the left to get to sfo long term parking.
The entrance will eventually be on the right. Large complex. Parked in the 1st building on the right 3rd floor 3a. The tram walk way is on the 5th floor. Take elevator up, walk around till you finally come to the air tram. The air tram goes to the other parking structures that are closer and all of the gates. International G gate is the last stop so it's a little bit of a ways to do the loop.
You can pay ahead online and you get a qr code to scan at the gate instead of taking a ticket. It is a little cheaper to pay ahead. It was about $16/$17 a day.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 3 - Richard P.Martinez, CA1228Feb 18, 2024
Great way to park near the terminal. Cost effective as well! Highly recommend for ease and security.

It was an easy experience to park in there as the shuttles come very frequently and there are many empty spots on the top floors. The price is reasonable with the online coupons! I would park here again.
