We were very happy to see Servpro come to our house to do work on our carpet after we had a leak in our plumbing. Our insurance company, USAA had contracted them to do follow-up mold mitigation and drying of our carpet and pads. We were very impressed with the professionalism and competence of the crew that worked on our problem.

Terrible company. Will only do half the job because it's easy to do mitigating. I would hire someone that will do the job turn key next time and ensure my clients are happy. Holes in the wall. AC is high and 90 degrees inside because they denied rebuild after tearing up their walls. Her brother can't sleep for days. They are not happy right now. We would not recommend to any of our clients in the future.

Fantastic response for an emergency flood through the roof. It was an afterhours call, and Liz in the office was beyond helpful. I was shocked at how fast the technicians arrived onsite, and the process was smooth at every turn. I strongly recommend Serpro-Spring/Tomball

Our water heater above the laundry room/garage failed and sprayed in the attic water while we were on a trip. We came home to it raining in the laundry room and garage. SERVEPRO of Spring/Tomball helped us clean up the water damage by removing wet insulation, drying out the drywall that could be salvaged and removing what couldn't be salvaged. Steven Sanchez, Manny and their crew were on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Sanchez worked with our insurance company to get actions approved. They did a great job. Highly recommend!

i left a review last year on yelp, Google and there web page. They somehow removed it! wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one on Earth. They stole, told me they're glad I have seizures!!! I had to track down the owner of the Tomball location due to the horrible customer service. They only apologized because the head owner got wind of the issue. They asked being the EMAILED me an apology that they requested I take the review down. I simply replied no because they only apologized due to the owner finding out. Wasnt a true apology. Told them customers need to know and I would be lying if I said otherwise. Horrible company that treat people worse than scum on your shoes. I truly feel they should have been consequences. Last they stated they are t Christians. Let me correct myseof. The man I spoke with at the Tomball location was screaming it at me as he and I quate "I'm glad you have seizure." Why would someone even say something so offensive.

I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not give you a written estimate. Verbal only! Wow.

SERVPRO® of Spring/Tomball uses an industry-standard platform to estimate costs and we only include things necessary to correctly and safely complete a job in accordance with IICRC guidelines. During a FLOOD event, we receive an extremely high volume of calls and are unable to accommodate onsite written estimates within the first several days. In an effort to get an estimate to people in need of services ASAP, we provide a verbal estimate upfront and a final line item estimate as the work is completed. It is common knowledge that NFIP/FEMA policies do not provide the same comprehensive coverage that a standard property damage policy provides, however; we must still perform all of our services in accordance with IICRC guidelines. This can result in our charges being higher than what a flood policy will cover. We are very upfront and honest about this in a letter that is presented to customers and signed before any work is performed. Because of the disparity between what an NFIP policy covers and the total overall costs of many claims, the private market is beginning to offer more opportunities to purchase "Excess Flood Insurance". I am disappointed that our interaction ended in a negative review. If you would like to discuss this further please don't hesitate to call me. We had water damage in the guest bathroom and den. Shane from SERVPRO was very professional about all of the details that had to be done. He made sure that we were happy with the results after each step. Shane was the most helpful, friendly, efficient, competent, understanding and customer oriented person that we dealt with.

Excellent costumer service and communication. Very understanding and worked around my schedule. Explained all the processes in detail and asked if we had any concerns. I'm in the insurance industry and highly recommend them. We were very please with employees and work they performed.

I cannot speak highly enough about the entire SERVPRO team. Nine days ago Comcast was running a new cable line into the house and broke a water pipe in the attic. It took seven days for me to get any traction with Comcast insurance and I was so worried about the condition of the water damage and mold. SERVPRO stepped in and was incredibly sympathetic and professional. From the first contact to the last you could tell that SERVPRO Spring Tomball operated efficiently and as a well oiled team. With all the chaos and stress in this situation SERVPRO brought peace and order. They were very thorough and detailed in all communication and work performed.
