I love nurse Nia's work! She's so professional, amazing at what she does, patient with all of my questions, and explains everything is full detail.

I go to her for all of my beauty needs! I trust her suggestions and recommendations, always. I love that she does not force products or extra treatments just to make more money like others have in the past in other clinics. She really cares about her work and wants to make sure you feel and look your best. I appreciate her integrity in this business and I can't wait to go back to her for my next treatment soon!

Serenity is a wonderful medspa establishment. The office and rooms are super clean. They have towels and covers to wear during your procedures depending which one you get.

Dr. Kang is very helpful and kind in discussing different services available. The services are quite extensive! Danielle is very kind and is efficient in getting all my appointment scheduled. Lastly, Allison is my go-to nurse for my procedure. She is super nice and personable. It makes the process go by super smoothly.

I would highly recommend Serenity. Their professionalism, efficiency, and bedside manners make the process so quick and as painless as possible.

This location is also conveniently located close by designer stores and is a quick walk to the Powell BART station.

I've been visiting Serenity Med Spa since 2015--enough said! But I'll say more. Ever since Nurse Nia joined, I've been seeing her consistently. She's professional, thorough and continuously educates herself on the latest techniques and products. She's even a trainer for Juverderm, traveling to practices across the country imparting her skills to others. When I visit, my results are natural and lasting. I decided to try their other services and purchased laser hair removal on the upper lip thinking I'll have great customer services like the ones I get when I have my facials. However, I didn't get it until my last visit.

The first time I showed up, it was with a male doctor who was not friendly, didn't show any empathy and made me feel even worst about myself for not being able to tolerate pain. That 5 minutes felt like forever with him. I can smell the burn and each zap was tormenting.

The second visit was with a female nurse. I'm already traumatized by the first visit and so I voiced out my experience and how I was scared. She also didn't show empathy, nor was she friendly, and again made me feel worst about my pain tolerance.

Both experiences made me not want to come in for the last appointment.

I just came out of the last appointment and it was a 180 degree in customer service and experience. ALLISON was so friendly, listened to my fear, showed great empathy and understanding. She comforted me and let me know that she can stop whenever I needed a break. ALLISON gave me this tube that blew cold air for me to hold and pointed at my upper lips to help with the pain (IT WORKED!!!) I don't understand why the other two did not offer me this simple solution that worked so well. ALLISON was very engaging with me the entire 5 minutes and that 5 minutes went by like it was only a minute. HUGE DIFFERENCE. This experience with ALLISON is what gave this experience at least 3 stars. It would've been 5 if the other two person treated me like she did.

I was very scared to try filler as a registered nurse I have always been afraid of doing anything cosmetic to myself but this was the best decision I made. NURSE NIA is amazing! I found her after months of research on who was the best injector in the Bay Area. Everyone pointed me to her. She knew exactly what I needed and what I did not need. She will make you more beautiful without over doing it. My before and after pictures look like me but with 10 years off my face. Working nights gave me the worst eye bags. I feel and look more refreshed. Please don't hesitate if you are anxious about cosmetics and filler Nia is honestly the best person to go to because she takes time and makes sure you are happy with your results. I did my under eye and cheek. No other work done!

Myself and three other coworkers had the most wonderful time at Serenity Med Spa! This was my first spa day to include body brushing, sauna, serenity facial, and a foot detox. Serenity and her staff provided nothing but the best service. I know we were out of town for a work event but I will gladly make the drive to come back to this beautiful and relaxing spa! Thank you for the best experience.
