I'm very upset about this place. I was reading all the good reviews so I was like ok I'll check this place out. I went in for just a regular pink and white set thinking ok they'll be like $30 tops! The place was empty and the lady doing my nails was so fast, like rushing. Ok if you can do nails quickly that's great! But make them look good! Don't rush for absolutely no reason! I have very skinny nails and she made them all wide and uneven. I have sharp, uneven sides and they look all wonky. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! To add to the unevenness and ugliness she CUT ME! I understand that the glue stick to your fingers, but if you've been doing nails for 20 years like she kept telling me, you should know how to be gentle when you're pushing down on the finger! Anyways, I leave after spending $45!! With no discount for the bleeding or unhappiness with the nails. I'm NEVER going back here!

I'm a fan! First time in, and I called ahead for an appointment because it was a Saturday. Glad I did. They were so busy, and I see why. They do great work and are very customer service oriented. *update: They now take walk-ins only on Friday and Saturday. Make sure to schedule in advance for another day if you need an appointment.

First off, Holly does a great gel manicure. She even was able to even out my wavy thumbnails with a handy, dandy little electric file that really smoothed them out! I loved this extra touch.

My pedi was spot on, too. Holly's niece took her time and did a great job. And God bless her! It had been a month of Sundays since my heels had seen a foot file. She really shaped my toenails well and did a miracle on my cuticles and callouses.

All the ladies there are friendly and they really take their time and do quality work. I'll be back!

I have mixed feelings about this place. They have the spa chairs, but they don't use them. They don't use any of the massage features, and they don't put the "spa" bubbles on in the water.
I went here for my daughter to use the "kids" spa pedicure chairs, but again, if you don't turn the jets on, what is the point?
The price is decent, kids manicure + pedicure was only $18.
The water in mine was kind of cold, and they were crazy busy.
For every person I saw, they did get out brand new sanitized tools, so that is good.

I needed a new place to get my nails done and came across this place in Yelp. I called and made an appt. They had a cancelation so they called me and said I could come in early.

They put me first in the pedicure spa and started with gel manicure. Holly did my nails and she was so sweet. They even use hot towels and hot lotion which I had never felt before. It felt Amazing!

Another lady came to finish off my pedicure. Everyone who works there is super sweet and they don't try and rush you out. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

This was my go to place for my pedicures for years, they were amazing. Sad to know they are no longer there.

I came here for the first time yesterday and i have mixed feelings. On one hand, they are by far the cheapest place for gel nails - $20 vs $25+ everywhere else. They are clean and have a nice selection of colors. The ladies are pretty friendly, and i am pretty happy with how my nails came out(with the exception of one finger with glitter polish where you can still see the white tip of my nail.)

However, i was disappointed with the manicure itself in terms of the quality of treatment. While i am pretty happy with how my nails came out, i felt like they overbook themselves or cater too much to walk-ins, not sure which.

I had a 3pm appointment and wasn't helped until 3:10, which i was fine with, however, as soon as the lady finished shaping and cleaning my nails, she started rushing things like crazy. There was NO hand massage or lotion and she started applying the polish at the speed of light. She would get up and start multitasking while the coats were drying and come back to quickly apply another coat before getting up again. It was kind of bizarre...i was out the door within 25 minutes of starting. Now i don't want a manicure that takes forever but this felt REALLY rushed and i believe it is because when i turned around to leave there were two new customers sitting there waiting to be helped. I dont know if they had appointments or were walkins but rushing through clients so you can get to someone else isn't cool.

This is a very no frills place, and for $20 i guess what more can you expect? I did expect a hand massage and for the woman to take a bit more time when applying the polish though. I will see how the manicure holds up before deciding if i will return again. I kind of wish i hadn't given a 25% tip but maybe if i return she will treat me better next time. I guess it is basically a decision of if it is worth it to someone to pay $5-10 more somewhere else to have better treatment. If all you want is your nails done well, than this is the place. The other reviews on here about them taking their time and getting hot towels and lotion with their manicures are not what i experienced, unfortunately.

I've came here over a year ago around March of 2017 & don't know why I haven't come back until now May 2018. Their service is awesome, the main boss lady is so sweet and outgoing. My best friend and I came and had a good experience and our nails came out so cute and they took their time doing our nails and toes and hands came out amazing. No complaints .

It was my first time at Serenity Day Spa, and I couldn't be happier with my full set! Julie was very warm, funny, and incredibly skilled. My nails came out exactly the way I wanted them, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks so much, Julie!

They do get busy during the week, so book an appointment in advance. They are closed on Sundays. You can pay by card, but cash is preferred.

The atmosphere here is great; very welcoming and they don't rush-- This place isn't terrible.

However, a week after getting my gel nails done here, they began to chip like regular nail polish so I wasn't too happy.

I went here because I've heard very good things about Julie, sadly the day I went she wasn't there.

Well, it's not the prettiest of salons, and it's not the most elegant, but the lady who did my toes... is a goddess! I don't think anyone has ever spent so much time cleaning and trimming my nails, it was awesome. My gel manicure turned out really nice, and my toes did as well. For both gel manicure and spa pedicure, $38! Cheapest I've seen. The don't have spa liners, but she cleaned the tub with HOT water and Clorox Comet. The tools were clean (they opened them in front of me)

The only reason they didn't get five stars is that it was a little warm in the salon, fly kept buzzing around me, and these two other loud mouth clients came in, changed the channel, and proceeded to call the people on T.V. fat.... now even if you're a regular.. the owner should talk to them about appropriate etiquette when others are in the salon.
