Sensia Studio and Japanese Day Spa

This was my first time visiting this Salon. I followed my hair stylist Vanessa here. One thing I noticed when walking in was the salon was very bright and looked clean. When you check in at the desk they give you a smock. The prices here are decent (it costs so much to do hair now)! I had a color lift to remove the pink in my hair. Then Vanessa lightened my roots and toned down the blonde I already had. That was $200.

The staff was nice and Vanessa is excellent. She is a sweet soul and I love my conversations with her while doing my hair. I also like the hair washing station. The bowl adjusts by tilting up and down so you don't have to slide far down in the seat for your neck to touch.

Had appointment scheduled and found salon closed. Beauty professionals were good, management not so much.

Permanently closed even though they booked an appointment for me last week! Didn't even have the courtesy to call me. Plus I have a unused gift card. Sucks! Furious!!! Too bad I couldn't give 0 *s.

I was able to book an appointment online for the next day! I got a scalp treatment, haircut and blow dry styling. Ellie did a fantastic job and was very personable. Would definitely recommend the salon and particularly Ellie! She also does makeup applications.

I was referred to this salon from a coworker and they did not disappoint! I had a Japanese hair straightening treatment with Anel. She did an amazing job and was extremely efficient. My hair is sleek and has more shine than ever before. Couldn't be happier with the results! The front desk staff, and manager Vikki were also super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Will be back again!

I got a makeover by Tree Vaello in this place. The studio was very clean and staff were friendly. Love the makeup and got a lot of compliments. I will surely come back to get myself pampered. Thanks, Tree!

I called this place and booked a free consultation with one of their stylist Anya. I was looking forward to do my hair at this salon but upon my visit on Saturday to get a consultation they told me that they don't have any appointment and Anya is not at the salon.
And I was even ok with that as all people make mistakes, I changed all my plans in order to meet this appointment and got zero apologies for their mistake or offering to re-schedule the consultation. The receptionist made it seem like it was my mistake because they " dont have me in the system". The owner probably should provide a better training to their employees on how to handle such situations.

I won a voucher to Sensia Studio and Japanese Day Spa at a charity auction, so I booked an appointment, which was easier to do on the phone than online FYI. My voucher was for a haircut/blow-dry and makeup application.

I showed up on a Friday morning and had a lovely haircut experience with Anya. We really bonded and she gave me great tips on how to upkeep my new hair do - - love her! Next, I met with Melissa who is a make-up expert. She gave me the look I wanted: soft but sophisticated. I wanted to get rid of the unbalances on my face and just even it out. I didn't want the "look like I needed to earn money" type of make-up. She did a great job and gave me great tips on how I can repeat the look on my own.

This is a great place, and I know the next time I need to have my make-up done for an event or a special occasion, I'm calling Sensia and asking for Melissa!
