CubeSmart Self Storage

I WOULD NOT RENT WITH THIS FACILITY. I was setting up my unit and the representative at the facility kept speaking to me as if I was a child. I asked him to stop, and he immediately told me that he was going to cancel my policy. Nothing warranted him cancelling my reservation for a unit. I asked to speak with his manager, and I am still waiting on a phone call. The facility is extremely unprofessional and customer care is not a priority. I would steer away from the facility if you can.

mice! lots of them too. So much of our belongings were damaged due to mice feces and pee that we are probably going to have to throw away our sectional. The insurance is useless since it doesn't cover any damage on their part. The female manger is very rude and unprofessional when spoken to.

The facility is conveniently located and priced around the same amount as other places. It's clean enough but the one star review is based on the unprofessional treatment I received from the manager, Shantell, of the store when I went to secure my storage rental on move in day. I had never experienced anything like this before in my life and had I not had a rented truck (with a deadline I couldn't extend) with my belongings already with me I would not have rented at this facility.

For full disclosure, I did file a complaint with Cube Smart and the District Manager called me and apologized for my experience and said he would "address it with the manager of the store" and for me to call him should I have any additional issues.

For the price and the plethora of other storage facilities available, I would not recommend this place because of the disrespect you may experience when trying to pay for your unit or resolve any other problems.

I never thought I would review a storage unit... but, this place has been great. By far, they have the best prices around. The staff was also always friendly and helpful. Anytime I emailed with a question or request, someone would call within 15 minutes to help resolve it.

So far so good. I'm only few months in, but the facilities are clean, easy to access and the prices are fair. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with.

Super clean and secure location. I had a great experience with Isaac. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service and a great price. I can't recommend this place and the staff highly enough.

Brand new property in Washington, DC! I moved in on a rainy day and was so thankful for the interior loading. Staff went above and beyond to make my move a one-stop process. Thanks!

This location is Awesome! Brand new, clean, simple, and in a perfect location. Their price is great, too. Compare them to other storage facilities in the area and you will see for yourself. The staff is friendly and the District Manager, Michael's customer service is Exceptional. I've been there for 3 months and I've never had any issues. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility in DC.
