      Store Review: I give 5 stars to Robi for her exelente customer service. She was so helpful and had my best interest. She ensured I got what I wanted and offered wonderful tips and suggestions.

      Sleep Number Review: I recommend you purchase the matress on a trial period and find out if its for you.
      ALL BASES ARE FINAL SALE. And you have to pay $250 for pickup if you want to return the mattress or exchange it to try another model. If you decide to try another model the sale becomes final!!!!!!
      All beds are hard and if you go too low on the sleep number then you feel like you sleep on a cheap inflatable mattress (this is a common complaint apparently).
      So I went from the p6 to the I10 (top of the line) and now I sleep so good its so hard to get out of bed. No more pains or feeling stiff in the morning. I can say I love the mattress

      Due to a back injury our bed was making it impossible for me to sleep. Our bed was only 2 years old, so there goes another load of money down the drain. After researching we decided to look at the sleep number beds, several people we know I'm have them and love them. We came to this store and Cree helped us out, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, the bed was immediately comfortable and supportive and I wanted to sleep in the store. We got fortunate in that they had 3 years no interest, so we bought it. Had it delivered yesterday and literally slept for 10 hours, which is not normal, I think it's due to lack of sleep for the past several months! Thank you Cree for helping us out she's the best! I highly recommend her and this store!

      Almost as soon after I bought the bed from Sleep Number,the Base under the mattress stopped working. The Remote stopped connecting with the bed. I could not reverse the 45 degree tilt to flatten the bed.. I had to sleep on the foot end of the bed .Technical asssitance was of no help. They are only opened for limited hours. Finally I managed to reach them. I followed their guidance and struggled for 2 hours, while I was on my knees to reach the base. Still it is not working. Beware, although they said it is refundable under 30 days, it DOES NOT apply for the Base which is bulky, complicated and prone to electronic failure. I am stuck with a defective bed. after spending $ 5000 for the bed.

      No wonder this place has bad reviews, just walked in and was never acknowledged by the sales girl. Not a hello I'll be right with you, not a goodbye, zero zip. And we've got money to spend on a mattress today! Worse service ever!

      Love love this Store & especially Robi! My husband and I went to check it out for the 1 st time! Robi was so helpful answering our questions! She walked us through the process helping us figure out what was the right bed for us! We went home did some thinking came back and asked more questions! Robi followed up with us! She made it fun and we found the right bed! I highly recommend this company and this Store!

      Have to get a mattress pad to go with the bed!
      Got some great new pillows! Can't wait to try them out

      Not sure how or why the reviews are so low. I just purchased my 3rd sleep number bed and have never had a problem. When I went into the store to buy a mattress for my daughter, not only did Rubi provide me amazing service, she remembered me from my prior purchase several years earlier. She asked me all very pertinent questions and provided excellent support in selecting the right model for my daughter. The only issue I had was that I ordered the bed on 08/07 and had to wait until 09/15 for delivery but in the days of covid that is the new normal and is in no way a reflection on the local store. I received an email and a text a few days prior to 9/15 (which also happens to be my daughters birthday) confirming delivery. Much to my surprise I received a text on the morning of 9/15 confirming the ETA of my window from 9-12 and then I received a phone call saying they should be arriving right at 9:00am which they did. Christian and Jovanni wore they masks, gloves and shoe covers the entire time, set up the bed, explained all of the programming and setting and were done by 9:45 at the latest.

      I can't speak for anyone else's Sleep Number experience posted here, but I am supremely satisfied with everyone I have dealt with at this company. Highly recommended.

      Horrible horrible customer service. I bought a bed a few days ago and the salesman RAFAEL promised us FREE DELIVERY upon purchase. When I checked my receipt the next day, I saw that I was charged the $199 delivery fee and when I called back to see if he could remove it and refund me he said "I dont know what to do, you can just return it or call corporate." I was so disappointed bc he didnt even TRY to find a solution and had the nerve to tell me to call someone else. I understand he may not have the authority to refund but at least have the BASIC customer service skills to go and find a solution instead of tossing me off to another rep. Sleep number needs to work on their in-store sales customer experience bc I am disgusted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

      I had already been to the Sherman Oaks store a year ago asking questions about the Sleep Number beds where I never did get any answers because the sales gal simply did not know. She just repeated how great the beds are and that I should buy one while they were on sale.
      This time I went to the Valencia store and when I walked in I specifically asked for "the sales person with the MOST experience". Well, that person was "in the back" so I got the sales person next in line because they are on commission and they take turns waiting on walkins. Key words here are "ON COMMISSION" so be aware that making a sale, whether it suits your needs or not, is the main goal of the sales person.
      OMG, I got a salesman who did not understand one word I said. He talked over me constantly ignoring my questions entirely. He wouldn't even allow me to touch the remote because he needed to be in control of the demonstration. AND, it was so freezing cold in the store that, all things considered, I walked out. As I was walking out, three sales-women in heavy sweaters were giggling that I was leaving due to that man's inability to answer my questions yet they did not step in to help me.
      As I see it, for example, a P5 is approximately $2400. on sale. The difference between each bed is the amount of foam on the top and the price. So, a P6 has another 1" of foam and it is over $700. more than the P5. Basically, you are paying per inch of foam, about $1000. per inch!! Think about it before you buy what the 'commissioned' sales person tells you what you need.

      We've tried out the sleep number bed a couple of times in the past. But, when you're looking at $10,000 for the top of the line mattress and adjustable base (sold separately), you have second thoughts about buying one.

      We went into the mall to go shop at another store for something else, and we remembered the Labor Day sale they have going on... so we stopped in. Erica was very nice and she knew her stuff. The website doesn't give you all the details and options... but she knew them.

      The Labor Day sake was 50% off the ILE mattress only. The adjustable bases are the regular price. I didn't care much for the mattress, so we didn't buy anything right away.

      The store is the right size for that type of high end product. Not too small, but not too large... but could've been a little bit larger... lol.
