Mario came out for a same day service and was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He is also reasonably priced and I highly recommend him.

I hardly write reviews but WOW! This guys means business. Somehow, hitting the concrete was enough to break my '92 Pontiac ignition key in half. I've been calling people all day and nobody was able to come out until Monday. Mario's daughter recommended him through a facebook post and I gave him a call. Less than AN HOUR LATER he was done! My old key was super thinned out, bent and broken in half and Mario was able to make a new key in no time at all!!! Thank you SO much, and thank you for coming to quickly!!!! I highly recommend Selden Lock and Key!!!

I normally don't leave reviews because I always forget but truly the fastest and smoothest experience i've had with calling someone and asking for help. i'm actually sitting in my car typing this like 15 minutes after he left. I lost the keys to my car and haven't been able to find them for a few days, i've had to skip work and class and pay lots of money for ubers. He was super kind, and amazing prices, and was able to come and get me a new pair of keys within a few hours. i've had to call other locksmiths before in the past and have been hit with crazy high prices... I was very fortunate today and will definitely be recommending this guy to others.. (hopefully i won't have to need the service again but i was pleasantly surprised with TWO replacement keys so i doubt that'll happen )

I needed a car key fob programmed and cut years ago and he came to my house and completed the work. I kept his number in my phone all this time, and when I needed a locksmith again I texted him. He has wonderful response time, is very reliable, really reasonable rates, and he went above and beyond by providing some things I should have had available myself. If you need a locksmith, you definitely want to call Selden!

After calling around the local dealerships for replacement of a remote key fob it, getting it programmed and whatever fees were added...I then called around and Mario had better pricing and he was willing to do house calls since he was mobile. Good job Mario!

Mario is totally unresponsive. Called him twice in a two week period to get a replacement keyless remote for my car - popular model of car so availability is not an issue. He took the info over the phone (twice) and never responded with any type of follow up. Totally unprofessional - if you don't want to do the job just say so. Hard to believe he's the same guy that is lauded in the reviews here. Good luck getting a response if you call him...

We operate a Food Pantry through our church and needed the services of a locksmith to repair an ignition switch in our van after some low life person broke into our van through a window and tried to steal the van. Mario of "Selden Lock and Key" was recommended and he was very knowledgeable, efficient and had a very good pricing. I called him early Monday morning and because the person who recommended him had called him Saturday he was ready for the call and arrived promptly to to the repair. In less than a half an hour he had the ignition switch removed and replaced it with a new switch...keyed to our existing keys.

Professional, reasonably priced, and friendly. I had locked myself out of my car and Selden was hands down the cheapest quote ($75, $125 with cut/duplicated key) to get me into my car. However, they had a caller before me they were assisting - I was given an honest ETA which could not meet my time crunch (I had a Dr. Appointment to get to). I unfortunately had to go with someone else, but they provided the name and # to other locksmith services in the area. I went with Ace Lock and Key, who price matched Selden's quote.

Does this guy not like new customers? I'm trying to call him and he keeps rejecting my calls and going straight to voicemail. I work at Ford dealership parts department recommended him to me I thought he'd be reliable but I guess not
