What a gem of a restaurant! Food was great! Sunday buffet is a must - sort of a meat & three. Potions were very generous and everything was delicious.

Staff was warm and welcoming

Don't be put off by the overflowing parking lot as the building is much larger than it looks. We were seated in less than 5 minutes.

We will be back!

Would have never thought to try this place despite driving by and seeing a ton of patrons in the parking lot. So glad our family had us out for dinner. We loved the salad bar. They do a great job of keeping it tidy and restocked. The server was new but she did an outstanding job. We typically don't eat steak out since it's often overcooked for our liking or the cut is something left to be desired. Well not here. Our steak was big juicy and cooked to a perfect medium rare. It was truly the best steak I've ever had eating out. Yes we will be back and looking forward to bringing our friends and family with us.

The breakfast here is the best in town. It's a home cooked feel with great service. The lunch and supper is pretty good too. The chicken fry steak is always excellent. Even the Sunday buffet that they have is always enjoyable.

My wife and I had the chicken fry steak special today. The food quality was great. The service wasn't up to the normal level we are used to here. Salad bar was really fresh and up to par. I would have given five stars if the server had done a better job.

Tuesday nights -chicken fry steak was hot, freshly battered and delicious with real mashed potatoes.

We went for breakfast. The pancakes we were soft, fluffy and tasted so good! Eggs and bacon were great! The waitstaff were friendly. I'd definitely come here again for breakfast.

We stopped here on the way back from Abilene for a late breakfast or in my wife's case an early lunch. I had chicken fried steak and eggs and she had chicken fried steak and baked potato and everything was really good, especially the gravy which was not out of a jar. My toast with butter and delicious! Our waitress was awesome and working really hard and called everybody "Hon'" and "Sweetie" and made sure everything was taken care of. My coffee was really weak and my hashbrowns were a little overcooked but I would definitely eat here again. I have heard the cobbler is awesome that we did not have room for any LOL.. Next time!

I will not hesitate to go back. They had a very generous sirloin steak special of the day that all four of us ordered. Pretty sure it as cooked on a flat grill and it was very tender and flavorful. They have a salad bar which is not fancy, but it is very fresh. Wait staff and front desk were very friendly. It's bigger than we expected from their website and google pics.

We went for breakfast and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious. Eggs sausage and hash browns were great. Eggs done perfectly. Our server was so sweet and polite. Very knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. We will be back before we leave here.

So far I've tried the bread and watermelon from the salad bar as a starter. They were both so bad that I didn't even want to try the rest of the salad bar. Real appetite killer. However, the water was crisp and smooth, very enjoyable, and the service was great. My main course was the club sandwich with a side of fries. The club sandwich was perfect, with great taste and not too filling. The fries complimented it perfectly, and were some of the best I've had in a long time. Overall I would say the salad bar is below average to average, but the main meal and service really make up for it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very homey and I felt like I was at home. Definitely would come back.
