Sunday Noon lunch experience was okay as I didn't really see anything above the norm to rave about.

      Parking wasn't difficult to find.

The good thing is that this place isn't super packed as there was no waiting time which is a plus when dining with the family involving toddlers.

They have a lot varieties of shu mais to choose from their push carts.

Pai Gou - (pork spare ribs) were off as they were mushy and not held to my standard.

They didn't have walnut mayo shrimp on their carts today which was a bummer as that is a must have.

I would come back with family only by request, as I would not go out of my way for it.

We were very disappointed for the food and the service at this restaurant , we ordered them to cater the food for the Wedding of 250 guests at Old Ranch Golf Club, they ripped us off for over $30,000.

The food was COLD , SALTY and NO taste nor flavor of all dishes. Our guests complained about their WORST food they ever had.
They destroyed our beautiful expensive wedding which we planned for months.
They cheated us by giving us good tasting menu to hook us on. Then at the wedding, they screwed up all our 250 guests. We were all upset and complained to the owner Mr Bao Lá»™c , his daughter Ann Tran.
They refused to take responsibility and walked away.
NEVER come here again nor order anything from here.

Came here for brunch on Labor Day w my 2 Gfren Goats 09.04

We got here right b4 11 a.m. and was seated right away.
And there was an amount of customers already.

The dim sum cart was constantly passing by our tables filled w plenty of scrumptious Dim sum.
      They had practically everything available.
      Service was good & fast.

All the dim sum/food selection we got was all delicious & a good size portion along w decent pricing.

Had the Vietnamese coffee & it was good. Not overly sweet like a lot of Vietnamese coffee along w it not being strong.

The restaurant was pretty cleaned & spacious big. The tables weren't too close to each other. Gave a lot of walking between the tables/aisles.

Lots of parking available right out front.

Highly recommended here for fresh & yummy dim sum.

Went to this place last week and definitely was not a fan. My go to place is seafood cove 2 but we had family visiting so this is where they wanted to go. Everything I ate was just mediocre. Nothing amazing . I was fairly disappointed. I went to go pay for my table and I could. It believe that they charge $10 for a 2 liter of coke! What a rip off and we had a total of 3 bottles. Can't believe $30 went towards sodas you better believe we took the rest home! Never coming back here

Attended a wedding at Seafood World and the venue was great, food was also great and service was great. A win-win-win!

Parking can be found outside. The restaurant is huge and the main room can fit up to 500 people. They also have a private room that can rented out to host about 10 tables/50 people.

They have been in business for well over 20 years.

This review is specifically for dim sum: a decent place to get dim sum in the area on a Sunday morning. There is plenty of seating and space in the restaurant, so my party of 12 did not have to wait at all to be seated. The workers there are so nice, and the food is decent. Didn't taste as oily, but also, I felt like other places tasted more fresh.

It was my mom and I first time trying this place and we had ordered Togo for dim sum. Immediately the service is really slow and I had waited 10 minutes just to get service for a Togo order. For 7 items it came out to 50$ and the portions they give you are very little. Each dish is roughly around $6-8 which is much more expensive than other dim sum places. Food came out so dry and cold rather than hot... this place was a huge disappointment and will not be coming back here at all

Super friendly staff! There was no wait coming on a holiday. Very spacious and lots of seating. I heard that people have weddings and celebrations here.

Lots of dim sum options. They have the carts going around for you to choose the food you want. If there is a dish that you are looking for, you can ask the server and they will be able to grab it for you in the back. The food was very fresh and hot. I was kind of bummed they didn't have any more egg tarts so make sure to ask for that early if you want it.

We were kind of concerned when we walked in and there was no wait since the nearby dim sum place was packed and wait was about 45 mins for a large party. We are super glad we came here because the food was great and there was no wait. Many dim sum places don't have good customer service, but they were really nice and attentive.

My husband and I were craving some dim sum while in the area and this place did not disappoint. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. We were seated promptly upon arrival and immediately afterwards all the piping hot dishes came out in the dim sum carts. They brought us tea and ice water (I was impressed that I didn't even have to ask for the ice water). All the dishes were tasty and hit the spot, my favorite was the tripe which had pieces of pork blood cake in it- YUMO! Definitely one place that we'd visit again

First time here cuz my usual dimsum place had 70 mins wait time. The moment you walk in, you feel like you are in a party hall. Their dimsums are yummy, they even make shrimp shumai ( my place doesnt have it with shrimp) I would def come back again! The are kind and speaks english!

Tip: you need to watch were the ladies stamps, we had a lady that didn't stamp in the correct area and we almost got charged more.
