From first point of contact the team were fantastic, we had a tour of the office to give an accurate quote.

On the move day the team were punctual and very professional with duty of care of our belongings, the entire move was done in under 6 hours including packing and unpacking and travelling across town during high traffic times.

The invoice we received matched that of our quote.

We previously had issues with another company that did a switch and bait demanding an extra $1700 and broke some of our goods after turning up 3 hours late so this was a welcomed service.

I have already recommended Sea and Air to friends moving out of state and will continue to refer people to this business

Honestly, Jon and the Sea & Air team made things really easy.

I scheduled my move to Hong Kong from New York in relatively short notice (~1 month) and had lots of jitters about moving. After speaking to what may have been with two dozen different moving companies, I had confidence in Jon and the Sea & Air team since they were super responsive, honest and fair about pricing, and were able to hold my hand throughout the process. Full disclosure, I was moving out a studio-sized room without a bed or large furniture.

I packed my boxes and the moving team was able to bubble-wrap the things that couldn't fit. When they came in the morning, the movers took around 30 minutes to clear around 20 boxes. Really painless.

I wanted to wait until I received my stuff before writing the review. I was anxious about the potential damage that could happen during the transit process. Everything was as is the day I packed them up and it was truly a door to door process.

The only suggestions I would have would be outlining communication on the local team in the destination about local tariffs and my stuff arrived towards the longer end the estimated arrival time.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for an international or domestic move and I would come back.

I was doing a big moving from US to France : first they over charged the delivery to my address claiming that the door to door delivery I signed for was until the shipment reached the temporary storage they used with their French partner. Then I received some heavily damaged items and a few lost boxes. They refused to make the insurance work because I signed up for a 3 month insurance and that delay passed, although nothing proved the damage was done after those 3 months (most likely it happened within the 3 months).

I called Sea & Air and Yaniv walked me through the entire process of moving from NY to London, including all the paperwork I needed so that I didn't anticipate any delays (and I didn't, particularly with the difficulty of UK customs). He offered a competitive price and was always available to answer any questions and keep me updated on the progress of my move. Recommend.

I used them for the 2nd time. The items arrived to Australia and I received confirmation that everything arrived in perfect condition. The crew in NY and in Sydney did a great job. Special thanks to Anat who took care of the logistics.

Yaniv and his team are first class from start to finish. Everything was completely seamless, from the first conversation, to the delivery of packing materials, to the move day. I was particularly amazed that Yaniv estimated the number of boxes I'd need almost down to the actual box! And I had a lot of moving parts on moving days from picking things up from storage to having to be out of my old place and into a new one before a certain time and his team worked so hard to make it all happen without one hitch. Everything was done with such care, literally NOTHING got broken, and I always expect something to break...and they even helped me decide best furniture placement. I'd move with these guys again any day, they made what is usually a terrible day really not so bad.

I have used them for my move from New York to my family in Belgium. The crew who packed my goods were amazing, courtiers and very polite. The goods have arrived as planned and the delivery crew did great job. All items came in great condition. Great service and highly recommended. I do not like moving but with Sea & Air it become more bearable. Thanks for everything

I had such a positive experience with these movers. They are super efficient as well as professional. 6 guys came and packed my entire apartment and loaded everything to move within hours. They handled and packed our belongings with the same care as I would have. This was our first experience using this company, and the service was truly far beyond my expectations. Once I get everything delivered at the other end I will provide an update.

I have moved with Sea & Air from Ireland to New york on 07/2011 and everything was ok because they had a great agent in Ireland which is not their company, their company unloaded everything in NY and it was ok.

on 02/11/2013 I moved back to Dublin Ireland and this time it was horrible, I have left a lot of items behind such as huge swing set, bedroom set and a patio set and they could not fit it on the truck, I called their office and asked them to unload it because I am going to use another carrier but they refused to do it they said it will cost me $9500 to unload it??? make no sense to me, I have agreed to keep it and they billed me for around $4000 extra, when it arrived in Ireland i was amazed to see that there was so much room on the truck and they could fit the remaining items very easy and the movers in Ireland have confirmed it. now that i am in Ireland I am missing some Items and they refuse to take any responsibility for anything, I also have some damaged items that i did not even bother to bring it to their attention because it's waste of time.

I would never move with them again or recommend anyone to use them. there are better companies out there.
