Scotiabank

This location usually have two tellers working at one time. They are not as busy as most Scotiabanks. There are five parking spots located in the back. Bus stops are located within walking distance.

The service here is very friendly. There is one Cantonese speaking teller usually helping the Chinese speaking customers. Be patience as it will take a while.

It was my first time at this location. (A very small bank) When u enter the bank, there was a Scotia member helping people out at the ATM machines, in front of the door there was a girl at the desk( with a computer screen) to help with customer service. Then there was the lineup for the the two bank tellers available. Being my first time there. I just needed to pick up my credit card. I just waited for the girl to finish with her customer. I waited for a good 10 minutes for her to finish. During that time the guy that was helping at the ATM machine was directing customers to go use the ATM machine . During all that time he never ever approached me, to see if he could help me. Instead I got accused of not getting in line. A man had an issue with his debit card at the ATM , then he had to line up. Being in a pissy mood he took his anger on me. I blamed the bank fof having such a bad set-up. Never will I go to that location again. I give no stars, but I couldn't unless I gave a star
