Scotch & Soda

Stumbled upon this brand whilst I was looking for a nice sweater. Thankfully, I found what exactly I was looking for. The service was amazing. For the name of the person who helped us but his very accommodating and helpful. Price was acceptable. Will definitely comeback. The quality the clothing was great.

Clothes are nice. Fun. Good fabric quality.
Got several stuff today. Prices are fair for the quality. But...
Both vendors (two girls) were quite rude and with way too much attitude for customer service position... Will not shop again here.

Not my style....too much going on. I think people are on commission here.

Too many people working in one store.

This store is a pleasure to shop at. The clothes are adult and fun, fit a good number of people. The jackets are always on point and they usually have sizes and run sales every so often.

I don't love how they hang the clothes sometimes (the weird side hanger thing) and also no mirrors in the fitting room but that's not worth a star. People need to learn how to use yelp lol

Every time I go in I end up leaving with something that is truly an addition to my wardrobe. And I'm extremely picky and hard to fit into a lot of clothes.

Great selection and has all the stuff other locations do not! Staff is on it and this must be one of the best scotch and soda stores in the country in terms of selection.

Very cool staff and excellent customer service at this location. However, I wish the expensive garments were wrapped in some sort of paper or plastic protection. Even though it came from the back room downstairs I have no guarantee that the sweatshirt I've purchased is truly brand-new, immaculate, not tried on before, etc.

Went to the store at 6:05pm on Sunday. Called before going there to see if they were open past 6pm which the girl confirmed.

At 6:05pm the doors were closed and locked. A girl folding the shirts gestured that the store was closed. Confused about why the store was closed, I walked away. 5 minutes later I called the store again to check the store hours; this time the girl on the phone again confirmed that the store won't close until 7pm. I walked to the store again and it was closed again!

Why do you want your customers to run fool's errands? Why?!

Excellent customer service provided my the wonderful Pim today. I called the store after seeing an item in the Stockholm store. Pim was quick to locate a store in the US who carried the jacket and organized quickly to have it shipped to my home. Beautiful clothes and such customer service deserves kudos. Thank you Pim!

First let me say there window display is put together so well. It was my reason for walking in, and I'm glad I did.
So Today was my first time walking into scotch-soda, and let me say it smells amazing. It was like aroma therapy. As for the customer service I was greeted while entering the store, there was really only 2 nice employees here. One was a really nice girl who has glasses, and she was wearing one of scotch-sodas quilted like denim jacket which was extremely chic, she was very fashionable. Also there was a nice gentleman by the name of Pim, at first I was a little taken aback when I was told I couldn't take pictures of the items in the store. And the way it was expressed to me honestly made me feel like walking out, but Pim was very nice and offered me a card to browse the website. He also showed me around the woman's section. He was very knowledgeable with the products which is always a plus.
If you're into fun but not over due high quality chic fashion, this is defiantly the place for you. I will also add the price is just right.
