Typical Sbarro.

I can appreciate that you always know what you are gonna get with Sbarro; mediocre food. But it's edible. It won't be great by any means. But it is edible, and it's quick serve. You walk down the assembly line and pick what you want. Then bam, you've got food.

This location has its own tables and chairs. So that is nice. It's a little separate from the main mall seating. Which is nice. I ordered a couple slices of cheese pizza, the baked ziti and a lemonade. My cheese slices were basic. And the baked ziti was good. I actually like the baked ziti for some reason. My partner tried a bite of it and didn't care for it at all. Okay maybe it's not for everyone. Like I said, mediocre food. Nothing spectacular going on with mall food. My partner ordered a spinach Stromboli and a slice of pepperoni pizza. He said both were just alright. Which is to be expected. No surprise there. Overall though, it met my expectation of mediocre.

Ok, the 5 stars is for this specific hack I found. So we discovered an awesome birthday party hack. We decided to eat at Sabarro for my daughter's birthday and then head over to Round One for the Claw machines and video games. Wow, that was the BEST decision ever. The food was not only delicious but cost effective but the service was OFF THE CHAIN! we eat out a lot and with the current climate of the world, customer service has been dismal and negative. Service workers are grumpy and grind you over extra napkins and sauces. But not here! I felt like we were getting crazy VIP service from Manuel, Jesus and Maria. Will definitely be doing another birthday dinner here!

I didn't order anything because of the staff not wearing any gloves while cooking the food and also hands handling vegetables and putting toppings without any gloves...

Jodi has a bad attitude to customers. She shouldn't be working here at Sbarro. Don't expect me to come back to visit if you giving customers bad attitude.

I like the food here but the service is horrible, the short fat lady that takes the orders is very rude and moody and rushes people to finish ordering even when there is not many customers, she is one of those people that says "anything else, anything else" even before you finish your sentence, very annoying, I stopped coming here frequently just because of the bad service, there are other reviews here about this lady I forgot her name I think is rose or some other 4 letter name, if you received the same treatment please leave your comment here hopefully the owner will straighten her out or get rid of her.

Friend and I were having lunch today, Half away through our meal today. I took the plate of food to the counter to show the staff. The manager came over quickly and stated that the hair from them I say I don't what anything for free. I just what let you know. She is provide the worst service. SHE WAS RUDE!!! And argumentative...

This fat Hispanic lady was soo rude today !!
I went in there around 12pm today on a Wednesday and wanted to enjoy some pizza with my kids. And she just started rushing me like I didn't even finish ordering my food and she went with the next customer !! I felt soo rushed that I forgot to ask for an extra plate for my kid
So my mom went back to just ask for a paper plate and you know what she told her ??
The lady asked " what do you need it for ?"
Like everyone was just staring because it was such a stupid question !! My mom stood for a sec and just thought if she was going to tell her off or really answer her question. ! Instead of just giving her an extra plate she asked what we needed it for ? like duh we need it to eat !!!!
This is was ridiculous. Customer Service is horrible here !! Food was really dry here!!

Sbarro is located in the Main Place Mall in Santa Ana. It is upstairs in the food court.

We come here to get a stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza and the spinach and mushroom pizza. They always make them to perfection. We ask that they cook them a little longer so the crust is just the right crispy mess and they taste the BOMB.

I know that others have given not so flattering reviews, but every time we order, we have no issues whatsoever.

As always, Ruben and his awesome team is still delivering on stellar customer service and delicious, fresh-made food!

Ruben runs such a tight ship, keeping the store pristine and spotless, always tackling extra projects when they have "downtime", the things that most other places just ignore. Ruben is such a dedicated worker, it's clear that he is well-liked, by his customers and his employees, that he's more than just a "boss". He is always working and doing tasks himself and I think that that's one of the things that really makes him and his Sbarro location stand out!

Great people with excellent work ethic and personality! What an awesome crew you have! Thank you, Ruben and crew, for another great lunch and dining experience!

Their so-called NY style was WAY TOO thick to be called a NY slice. Besides that, it tasted quite plain and lacking tomato sauce. Lack of cheese flavor and their pepperoni has a unique taste compared to your average pizzeria pepperoni.
