Wet Burrito was my favorite, we ordered the one with red sauce, it was huge, I needed to share with my husband.
Carne asada fries was good, we also bought some extra sauce for chips. Wasn't too salty or fried, which I like.
It wasn't too busy when we arrived, seats are spacious. Service is good.

It has been a few years since I have been here so decided to come check it out again. I ordered the carne asada Santa Fe Burrito with Red sauce. Unlike other places, I feel like the quantity of the red sauce was rather little. Nothing wrong with the taste of the Asada or the burrito itself but overall it felt filling but lackluster.

The service itself was fairly quick with the location being very clean but will try something else in the future to give it another chance.

My craving for carne asada fries led me here, and I was pleasantly surprised. The meat was flavorful, and the fries were perfectly fried. They use those thin McDonald 's-style fries, my personal favorite.

We also ordered five tacos - three carne asada and two al pastor. The meat in them was tender and packed with cilantro and onions. They didn't skimp on the fillings, that's for sure.

I ordered their super quesadilla with lengua and it was decent. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a sauce similar to the orange sauce you find at other taquerias. The red sauce they provide is quite spicy, and the green sauce was quite good, we even ordered some extra on the side.

We tried their melon and horchata agua frescas in a medium and let me tell you, they were massive! The horchata was hands down the best I've ever had. It hit the spot just right.

On the plus side, the staff here are very friendly, they accept credit cards and the parking lot is enormous, which is convenient. They also offer online ordering!

ESSJ for sure vibes for sure!
lots of parking because it shares with the market on the same lot so that's not an issue. Small taqueria, they do have inside seating & dannng if you don't mind the heat, warm atmosphere, then eating inside works for you, walked in & felt like I was in PVR hott up in that mug & people were still inside eating.
They have outside seating in a little gated area, which is pretty cool BUT I think they shoulda had a door that leads directly to that seating area, because if your hands are full, you'll need help opening the gate to get into the seating area.
Carne asada meat was very tasty, it definitely has been marinated in the yummy spices.
I ordered menudo, I was a little disappointed because it did not have hominy & not sure if it's suppose to be in there but every place I've ordered menudo, it had hominy in it, but tasteful of course with its special touches.

Wanna have the best breakfast burritos ever??? This is the place to go. I have eggs and nopalitos (cactus), or eggs with potatoes and chorizo. They come with just the right amount of rice and whole beans.
If you order online you gotta be ready to pick up your order soon because it's always ready within 10 minutes and they're piping hot!!!
I read someone's review where they recommended the horchata drink. I normally don't do horchata because it is generally too sweet for me, after the review I decided to try it and boy was I missing out, it is the best horchata I've had in the Bay Area!!!
The place is small and always clean. The ladies at the register have always been very courteous. They don't take tips...
When I decide to dine in I enjoy their music soooo much!!! They play old mexican music that my parents would listen to when I was young!

Came here on the raving recommendation of my sisters boyfriend. Ordered the asada and al pastor tacos, and a mega taco.

Overall it was very underwhelming and dry, especially since the tacos were missing all the fixings like cilantro and onions. The mega taco had way too much sour cream that I didn't even taste the taco meat

Best California burrito I've ever had. Ever. Ever. Fries were hot, somehow nice and crispy in the burrito. My husband and I loved it.

This spot always brings back some major nostalgia but, man, it just isn't the same as before.. Forget about 10 years ago, even just 3 years ago I remember this place being WAY better than it's become now.

Carne asada fries were ok but just didn't taste amazing overall. The steak was discolored and dry, and the toppings seemed lacking compared to how it used to be back in the day.

We also ordered a super burrito with tripas. First of all, I was under the impression that super burritos come with all the fixings, but ours just came with the standard rice, beans, meat, sour cream, and cheese.. The rice and beans were pretty overcooked, mushy, and bland, and the tortilla wasn't even grilled. Worst of all, the tripas just came as long tubes that weren't even cut or grilled. They definitely weren't cleaned thoroughly and had a funky taste and texture inside. They were so rubbery that it felt like chewing on some kind of rubber tubing, and I was seriously worried that it wasn't even cooked all the way. And as far as I can remember, this was the first time that I wasn't even halfway full after eating an entire burrito.

Sadly the quality and portions just aren't to the same standard that they used to be.

Good fast food place. Food was prep in front of you. Good food but the sauce is spicy so be careful, good place to go

      Updated review

U need to UPDATE the PHOTO on your DoorDash online order for Tacos. It's showing 3 Tacos per plate so I ordered 3 but when I got my DoorDash order. I only got 1 plate with 3 tacos Coz per manager, that photo online only referring to one taco. Per manager***THAT'S JUST A PICTURE. I had to drive here. Coz when I called no one speaks English and they hang up on me.
I told the manager that I was charged for delivery. His response: it's cheaper when U come here. That's not the point Dude. Not everyone got the time to come here. That's What the DoorDash for?
I had to lined up to pay and the cashier held his five fingers on my face, so Rude, instead of saying please wait coz she was talking to the other lady.
***On the receipt attached to the plastic bag 3x Tacos $4.29 but on the DoorDash app 3x Tacos 12.87. Please see photos!!

Here's the receipt attached to the plastic bag 3x Tacos $4.29
