I couldn't imagine a better experience working with an inspector than what Dave Humphreys provided! Aside from doing an excellent and through physical inspection, Dave needed to decipher very limited information provided by the seller and make sense of it to determine where roof and mold vulnerabilities had been and if they were still of concern

. Dave also noted evidence of rodents whereas our professional rodent inspector did not.

Dave used software for his presentation of his inspection that allowed for excellent and organized descriptions of any flaws or concerns. We also had Dave create an estimate of what it would cost to repair or replace defective and/or unsafe items in the house. He did all of this, while being incredibly kind, engaging and professional. We have purchased our house with great confidence having received Dave's superior inspection report. We can't thank him enough and we are excited to work with him f on future projects!

What a gem David is. Thorough, efficient, detailed, and professional. Inspections can be overwhelming, especially when you are dealing with really short due diligence as is the new norm is this absolutely crazy market. He did not leave one rock unturned, and after he was done he spent the time to walk me through all his findings, point out the issues, possible culprits, gravity and possible solutions. I also feel like I know our new house a lot better. A+ all around.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend David is because I don't want other people to know how fabulous he is! We love how thorough he is and patient in answering all questions. Probably one of the best things about him is his GREAT communication --- whether it's email, phone, or text, I can always count on him to respond in some manner as soon as he can. We also appreciate that we can be confident that the written report he provides will always help our Sellers and Buyers make appropriate decisions in their real estate transactions.

David was incredibly responsive and professional. His inspection was very thorough and his report indicated all areas that required attention. David had a full report emailed to us on the same day - included pictures and explanations of all of his findings. I would recommend David again and again to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable home inspector/general contractor.

David was very professional, dressed nice, thorough with both the explanation, the inspection, and the report. We paid a little extra in order to get his cost estimates for each of the repairs, drawing on his experience as a licensed GC, plumber, and electrician. These estimates were very helpful for us, definitely worth the extra we paid. Now we know exactly what to expect out of the systems in the house, and how to prioritize repairs and maintenance within our budget. It was money well spent. What I like most about his approach, is he paused and talked to us either on the hour (during his 4 hour inspection) or when he found something particularly interesting. It was a great conversation and I feel very informed.

David is the greatest! I was able to ask a ton of questions and he was kind a patient with me! You can tell he clearly cares about his job by taking his time and clarifying all of his findings. The report is done the very same day! I agree with all 5 star reviews! If you need an inspection David is your go to guy.

I have used David for two different inspections, at two different properties. I can not say enough about how detailed he is. He is absolutely incredible! He takes the time to discuss his findings and answers any and all questions that you have. His written report is as detailed as his inspection and his recommendations for repairs can include cost estimates, if you are willing to pay an additional $200. Money well worth it, to have all the info at your finger tips. If you are in escrow, get David to check the place out. It will be literally the best money you can spend, before removing contingencies.

This is the guy you want to perform your inspection for a home purchase. He is detailed and hyper-vigilant about assessing the property. His report summary is easy to read and use. I also asked him to provide me with an estimate of all recommended repairs which I was able to present in my request to the seller for repairs. Both were instrumental in getting a credit during the final negotiations.
