Everyone in this location is nice, specially Eliana FALK. She always help me with my billing questions, payments and any credit information. Great customer service, very friendly, comfortable talking to and most important very trustworthy people! Great work! Keep it up!

I needed some help and advice on some financial planning and possibly a new account, but wasn't sure what type I needed and Virginia Vazquez in the HMB branch was super helpful and very knowledgeable and totally exceeded my expectations. She was able to help me understand my different options and the benefits. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions and super responsive! I can't recommend her enough if you are looking into a new account or need a loan or any banking please ask for Virginia "Vicki" she won't disappoint.

The BF and I have been coming here for years. Something must have changed recently, the staff seems happier and engaging. Great service!

Walked into the new HMB branch. No lines! Was able to have my debit card replaced due to a chip malfunction. Done on the spot which was more than convenient since I was flying out of town the same day.
Anytime I've had a question or concern, I've called and a resolution has always been made. I've been a member for 40+ years and never felt the need to change banks. A very happy customer!

I have been waiting for this day for a loooooong time!!! SMCU is finally open in Half Moon Bay! The bank looks amazing inside, so clean and fresh, with a comfortable atmosphere. Jordan helped me out today and he was very friendly and professional. Coming in soon to open accounts for my kids and other services! If you aren't a member yet, go in today and ask for Jordan :)

Great people at this branch! Walked in and got helped right away. Jordan is incredible he was able to help me get a loan with a great interest rate. Since then I've recommended them and still going to.

Do not use this branch. I was excited to finally have a well known credit union in half moon bay. I used the atm to deposit cash and it ate $100 of my money. Followed up with an instant phone call and emailed them my receipt of the failed transaction and was still denied my money.
