Safeway

This is a review for the impressive Safeway pharmacy. I was traveling and had a medical situation for which I needed a rare medication not kept in stock by most pharmacies. Tiffany was an absolute gem in helping me get the meds I needed. She called other pharmacies in the area. She set up an order for my Drs. script and then transferred it to the next town on my itinerary which had a Safeway pharmacy. Tiffany was so pleasant and was dedicated to help me get what I needed. What a lovely experience at a troubling time! My gratitude to this lady is deep. She was a tremendous, compassionate professional.

Stopped here for a gas refill. Line was incredibly slow because the customer in front of me had an issue. Got waited on and all was well. Pumped gas then headed into the Safeway grocery. It was time to restock on water and a few pieces of fruit for the road. Went to the self checkout and out.
Parking lot and free WiFi.

We stopped to use the restroom because we thought this one might be clean and we could grab some snack because the gas station up the road was super sketchy like whoa!!!

Nephew went into trinidad store to buy food for his son didnt know ex wife was there she went to manager said he was harrasing her without even looking at security camera told nephew to leave . Had tgey looked at camera they would have seen she approached my nephew . Called coporate but nothing done got laywer this store is a disaster be careful going in this store. They tried to ban him from store simply on word from deranged employee without checking facts. Witnesses have contacted us.

Waited for 10 minutes before I had to ask the gentleman who stands up front watching people and brushing his beard. He had seen me there but offered no help. When I asked for help he said oh they are closed. After watching me and brushing his beard for 10 minutes he finally tells me that. I told him it was rather disgusting and unsanitary to be brushing your beard instead of helping customers. He told me to go shop at Walmart. I will be contacting corporate and HR. LOOKS LIKE IT IS SHOPPING AT RINGO'S FROM NOW

I stopped in here before walking around the downtown area to use the restroom and grab a coffee. It took 20 minutes for a starbucks employee to acknowledge me. There was an employee in training, which I can be patient for. However, I do expect an acknowledgement. My coffee on the other hand tasted great and the employee in training was incredibly nice. As for the Safeway, the store is very dirty. Half of the patrons in the store weren't wearing masks even though it is state mandated. The bathroom is located at the end of aisle 6, past their storage room next to freezers. Talk about uncomfortable as a female by herself. I would recommend having a clearer path for customers and cleaner environment. No grocery establishment I have been in has been set up this way.

I was shocked visiting this Safeways recently. Many customers were not wearing face masks.
I had to use the restroom, it was filthy, furthermore no soap or paper towels!

DO NOT STOP HERE FOR THE BATHROOM!!!!!!! A literal biohazard. There's only one bathroom and it's absolutely disgusting and unusable. I cant imagine any establishment ever being okay with having a bathroom this dirty. There were feces all over the toilet seat, actual toilet, wall, toilet paper, everywhere. Not to mention this is the bathroom all of the workers and Starbucks employees are using and then stocking/making your food & drinks. I would include photos but it's so gross I'd feel bad making anyone look at it.

1 star because this Safeway is a covid-19 breeding ground. no one is enforcing the facemask rule. They have signs up, but the majority of customers are not complying. Customers are talking and coughing around merchandize.

They need to separate the pharmacy for reviewes. The store isn't bad, but the pharmacy is ALWAYS hit or miss. There were 3 female employees as I went to get my Rx. 2 of the 3 were rude as all get out. If you don't know how to treat customers don't work in customer service. I'm tired of people thinking they can treat others however they think they can-they need a reality check.

Super nasty restroom! Drive out of town and poop in the wilderness. Looked like the restroom from the Candyman movie!
The gas station bathroom was slightly cleaner FYI.

The Starbucks was on point and the girl making the drinks was nice.
