      The premises are spotless and the units offer good capacity. My only beef with them is they were sold and the new owners issued a letter for all clients changing the due dates of payments to the first of the month with a five day grace period. late fees are 20% of your monthly fee. Seems like a greedy amount.
      I never got the letter and continued to pay my bill for the 26th. I was hit with $103. in fees. I'm disputing it now and hope to win. Left a bad taste in my mouth. They are disorganized and have not displayed any regard for the customer. If this doesn't come out in my favor, I'm out of there. Been a customer for over 10 years and never had any problems until now.
      The new company is Storage Rentals of America.
      The rating is for their lack of organizational skills to make this a smooth transition. If they rectify this situation my confidence will be restored in their business.

      If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The guy who runs it, I'm not gonna say his name. He's an a$$hole.
      Stingey nickel and dimer with no true sense of customer service. The place is kind of a dump but they charge like a 5 star facility. You'd think customer loyalty they'd give you rewards or discounts, no... my rent was raised so many times I threw all my belongings out. What's the point of storing things that aren't worth keeping at home if they make it unreasonable to store it? He tried to justify the increase by saying they don't have units left. I made sure I went through to check and there was around 20 units on my floor ALONE that were vacant. Don't trust these thieves just cut to the chase and throw your sh*t out... donate... sell whatever... just don't bring business here.

      Under the worst new owner. Since they took over main drive thru gate not working for almost 2 months. (Reverse out of facility). Not heat at all this winter, part of contract. Other customer had no choice but to move to another unit. The have no one to fix his gate. That unit still has no door. Key pad works on and off, so it's a gamble to get in, if u come after hours. Not recommended.

      This place is not closed down, it is under new and LOUSY ownership. They never sent a letter out, changed dates to the first of the month due, even if your original contract was for the 24th and they tacked on huge late fees. Once I get my stuff out I'll never use this place again. Unprofessional and also no heat in winter, froze my ass off while going through boxes.

      First to Review

      First, I'm reviewing these guys as it pertains to their work as a U-haul outlet--I don't know about the storage services. On the one hand, they took a ridiculous nickel and dime approach, charging me $10 for their (dubious) assumption that the tank came back closer to 5/8 rather than 3/4. At first, the manager wouldn't even let me have the van back to the requisite $3 in gas so that I could be over 3/4 and save $10. Eventually, he relented and all was well. Am I being cheap/picky here? Of course. At the same time, I really resented all the extra charges (think hotel "resort fees") that make the stated $20/day rate a joke. I had it two days, drove a total of 38 miles, and paid $133. In the end, it was an adequate solution to my problem with them.

      I find this a very clean and secure solution for storing your items. They offer good rates and the staff is very friendly. The only real issue I have is with the hours. I wish they had later access times, but I guess that goes with the territory of keeping the premises safe. Overall, a good solution for storage.
