S And K Delivery

We used S&K Delivery to deliver the furniture we had purchased from the furniture store to our home. This company was recommended by the furniture store and we now know why!

The delivery was easily scheduled over the phone with a courteous customer service agent. We received a call the evening before the delivery and on the morning of the delivery with a 1-hour time window.

The guys actually delivering the items arrived and surveyed our home for furniture placement. They delivered the items to the specified locations and assembled the items as needed.

We are very happy with the work Maybert and Allan did. They were very careful not to hit any walls or to damage any of the items. And, afterward when all items were assembled/placed properly, they made sure all was good before completing the invoice and leaving.

We believe the cost for this service (delivery and setup) was very reasonable and couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Have not used their service however I witness to their VERY unsafe truck.

Driving 68 mph (in a 55) on 84E at 845am Monday morning, I was talgated for for several miles. Once 84 merged (after 205) they then shot past me cutting over 3 lanes of traffic. Causing someone in high speed lane to hit brakes & honk their horn.

I know I now would not trust my belongings to movers who drive like that. And I wonder if theybeven stopped to consider how dangerous a large truck is at that speed and they're driving as a representative of that company.

I have waited a few months to try and work things out with this company before writing a bad review. But, nothing seems to work.

We used them to deliver a couch from Key furnishings. One of the delivery guys was great, very friendly. But, the other was just awful. He was rude, imposing and I was a little nervous having in my home. Unfortunately, he also had no idea how to move furniture into a house and kept jamming the couch through my side door. Of course there was damage. I have been trying to get recourse from this company for two months now - and had three calls with them where they agreed they would just refund the delivery fee. Despite their promises, I still have nothing from them and tired of trying to get them to respond. Very happy that others had great service. Ours was not so good unfortunately

this company is a joke, they were hired to deliver a couch from a furniture store, was told that they would call me the night before to sit up a window for time the next day. They waited to call me at 9:00p I was given a window of 4:00p to 6:00p the next day. On delivery day at 5:55 p they called me that they were unable to pick up the couch, they said that they were at the store at 10:00a and that there was a problem, so they waited all day before they told me. The next delivery day was given a window again this time 30 minutes past the window with no phone call. If you want to use a company that doesn't give you a courtesy call if there's a problem then by all means use them. No apologies whatsoever we're given.

I am EXTREMELY displeased with their service. We ordered a sectional and a recliner on Thursday from the Big Lots in Gresham. I received a call that night stating they would be here between 5 and 7 p.m. Friday night. So, we made plans to do something after 7 p.m. I get a text from one of their workers saying they were running an hour behind. Then nothing until 9 p.m. when I received a call from the worker saying our stuff won't be delivered and they would bring it first thing this morning at 10 a.m. Nobody showed up at 10 a.m., their main number goes to voicemail. Nobody is returning my calls. This is horrible service!

Amazing service! The guys were great! They got here ahead of time and wasted no time. Fantastic! Will use again and will recommend over and over. Thanks guys!

My girlfriend and I have taken delivery of 2 mattresses that we purchased recently (1 was an exchange). Both deliveries were fast, but with a complete disregard to our home.

The front door was left open every time they entered, I kept having to shut it for the sake of heat.

I watched one of the guys knock something over on a shelf, look at it briefly, and leave it knocked over.

Wet, dirty shoes from the rain on our carpet, with zero protection.

The rug we have in our hallway was rolled and ruffled multiple times, which I kept fixing as I noticed.

The guys are nice, and I do appreciate that, but come on...any other delivery service knows to respect the home as you deliver the product.

We bought a sectional couch and ottoman on Sunday morning. S & K Deliveries called us that evening to confirm delivery for the next day Monday. They got here on time and put everything together. Nice people and hard workers.

We were very pleased with the prompt delivery of our dining room table and chairs. The guys were gentle with our purchase and very careful with our hardwood floors! We liked them so much that we hired them to deliver our king size adjustable bed!

These people will pick up anything that you want them to around the Portland area and bring it to you for reliable fee
