I absolutely love coming here. Ashley is AMAZING. Every time I come in, I have a rough idea of what I want but I let her do her magic and am always happy with the end result.

My first visit I was not completely satisfied with the experience and originally left a detailed review. I had set my expectations of the salon and stylist to the place I've been going to.

However, the manager contacted me and I agreed to give them another try for two reasons. One, her contacting me showed they care about their reputation and are willing to correct any issues. Two, I believe in second chances and it was my first time ever trying a salon in Kenosha after many years of going to the same place which is now a good drive away.

I had Vanessa the second time and she listened, asked questions and walked me through the process as she went along. Along with some music/movie trivia. This time I went for a hair cut and color (it was an all or nothing type of day), which she did great. I did have to go back after a week for some toner and tips on the new hair style which she did very happily and I am extremely satisfied with. The color looks great, I get so many compliments on my cut and color from the first time she did it and she even taught me how to style it.

I went in for a cut and color and was very disappointed with the results. My hair looks boring, blah. For as much as it costs, I expected my hair to look like I just left a salon. Instead it looks like I used boxed hair dye. There's no dimension, no shine. I was hopeful because I had heard good things but now my hair just looks like someone poured flat brown paint on it. Definitely won't be going back.

Waaay overpriced for a "facial" I could have done at home for $20. $225 for 45 minutes of sucking out a couple blackheads and putting on some lotion.After leaving a tip was over $250. Don't waste your hard earned money for so called"spa".

Samantha J. Did my lashes and they have never looked better!!! She was amazing and we laughed the whole time. I can't wait to come back and see her for my teeth whitening!!!!

My daughter's and my stylist moved so we had to find new ones. I chose Kristin W. and am very pleased with my cut. My sixteen year old chose Allison and went home in tears. First, never did she have her in her chair to discuss what she'd like until after someone else washed her hair. She told her she'd like it trimmed with about 3-4 inches removed, basically what she currently had but freshened up. Next thing you know six to seven inches are gone and I about died. Nothing to what she had. Maybe if she took the time to sit her in her chair as a first time client and discuss what she liked/didn't like, could see her thickness and texture she might've gotten a cut to fit her. Instead she got the most basic layering with absolutely no personality and I'm literally sick to my stomach. These two photos are 24 hours apart.

First time client went to Tiffany and she did my color and cut perfectly! Very nice salon and friendly staff. So happy I found a good salon since moving back from Texas!

I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Jaimie is great with color and hair I highly recommend her and the salon is very nice.

This is actually zero stars, not one.

My husband just called me on his way home from here, saying he was going to have to shave his head because his hair turned out so horribly.

Was his "stylist" wearing a blindfold? And by the way, the cut is not at all what he asked for, and ALSO - were they using just a dry razor on his neck? It's completely red and irritated AND the line is crooked.

Thank God we don't have big plans this weekend. At least if a girls' hair is screwed up, they can usually hide whatever is messed up until it grows out. Guys' hair, not so much. Thanks Ruffolo's! Not.

I've had the worse experience at Ruffolo's for Microblading. Don't go waste your money $450.00 not worth it! Teddie is the supposed professional that did it. Brows do NOT look the same. I had to complain for 2 weeks straight for them to fix it. Later Alex did try to fix it but looks the same(tail). It took weeks for manager to call me back Stacy. All she did was say well it's been 7 MOS now I think you need a touch up and sorry if Teddi didn't call you back. Just excuses for her employee.

This is definitely not a place you would like to go back. This isn't the first time. Go to a REAL Professional Place ladies.

I have been coming here for a few years and will forever be loyal to Amber. I have curly hair. She has cut my hair short several times to above shoulder length. I was always scared to do this and didn't want to come out looking like Shirley temple. She is great at working with curly hair and I love the short hair cut which turned out great every time. I also rarely find new products that work for my hair and am very picky when it comes to that. She used an oribe hair gel at my last haircut that I ended up buying because I loved it.
