TheRuff House does an excellent job of providing the best top quality dog food and cat food along with amazing customer service. I simply could not do without this business, and it has made our family of three englishbulldogs so much happier. We absolutely love you guys.

My favorite place to buy dog food and vitamin supplements CBD oil everything for my three englishbulldog girls they always offer amazing advice, and I just could not be happier with the customer service .

Ruff House is a total pet paradise! The owners know your name when you walk in, could not be more accommodating! My dogscoming with me as it's such a friendly and happy environment!

Ruff House has the very best dog food varieties, raw, freeze dried, frozen, soft, & kibble in a plethora of sizes. They have samples too, of many of their brands so if you have a "picky puppy" like I do, you'll have a way to test out some options.

They also have the most adorable birthday section of dog & cat treats. They carry toys and fantastic leashes & collars.

The owners are truly passionate about their business and have great suggestions, if needed.

They carry pet shampoo & conditioner and other grooming needs. Tear-stain wipes, nail clippers, brushes, etc.
Plus they have self serve grooming stations to come wash your dogs! Pretty unique!

Once a month they set up a dog dental deep cleaning with a local pet expert! Such a game changer!

LOVE supporting these guys. They literally know you, know what you need, and go above and beyond to provide good service.

Favorite pet store! The owners are extremely friendly and and helpful. I first went to ruff house looking for better quality food for my dog having allergies and a picky eater. They always take their time to go over the food with me and help me find the right one for each of my pets. I have been buying all my pets food from them for the last 7 years and my pets haven't been healthier; their food and treat choice is great.

There isn't much to say about regular pet stores where you come in , buy and leave. This place, however has a very convenient self wash service available that offers literally everything you may need to wash your dog.
A convenient tub that can hold up to a 300lb dog, shampoos, towels, an air blower. What else would you need to wash your pooch if you don't want to bother doing it at home ? Well.. maybe a hot heat drier would be useful.

It's a do-it-yourself service so other than rating myself on what an awesome job I did at washing my dog I must say the store provided all the tools I needed. Even an apron!
Oh and they also sell both Orijen and Taste of the Wild that I didn't find anyone else selling about Ft Lauderdale yet.
This will most likely be my pet to go to store.

We loved the Ruff House. The self service bath areas were perfect. Most importantly the hose to wash my pup was perfect. The blow dryer was okay. It mostly put out cool air but we needed some warmer air too. We also found some yummy treats & ear meds. Even though we don't live too close we will go back. We're always happy to support local business owners.

Family owned, amazing customer service and they truly care about their customers. I have a super picky eater German Shepherd and Lauren and her husband gave me great advice to get him to eat which worked!
The bath section is really neat and convenient too. We love coming here!

I was searching for a self bathing service and I found this place. I have past by this place several times before but didn't know what it was. I was very pleased with the service I received here. I came right before closing because the bathing station closes an hour before the actual store does. I called to make sure if I can come and the owner was very nice and had my station ready when I arrived. He showed me how to operate everything and explain what everything was when I arrived there. This place was so clean and organized I loved it there. It was so much fun bathing my pup and he enjoyed it. This place offered everything I needed from shampoos, conditioners, brushes, freshening spray, ear wipe and eye wipes and professional dryers. I read online that the shampoos that are offered are organic and is high quality animal shampoo. My dog was snow white when he was finished and smelled so good. I had my private stations with aprons to protect your clothing. Ruff House also is a store that sell everything from food to oral care for your dogs. On Wednesday their is a bath special of $12 but any other day its $18. I had used the yelp coupon for a savings for first time clients. The prices it a little expensive but I think its worth it for the products and service received.

Awesome place! Great concept! Amazing owners. My pooches are the friendliest duo, but luckily I always get the back room I bring my own little gate and it's perfection. It's always very clean with plenty supplies for you to use to get your pouches looking like they just stepped out of the groomers. I also usually let my pups pick out a treat. Side not my pooches are boxer mixes. Over 55lbs and my boy pushes 75lbs the tubs are perfectly sized to accommodate them as well as bigger dogs too. We give the ruff house 8 paws and two thumbs up!!!

Such a great store!!! Full of awesome variety of healthy pet food and treats. We used their self-serve washing station and it was an incredible experience. Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time here, but I will be back again very soon!
