Ruby Tuesday

First off the service was excellent and that is why I'm giving 2 stars and not one! We came in on a Saturday night and there was no wait, this should've been my clue. Our waiter was very attentive and on top of it but the food was awful. The chicken bacon melt was decent but a small portion for $15. The salad bar was decent and well stocked. The broccoli cheddar soup was Terrible. It literally tasted like a can of Campbell's condensed cheddar soup with no broccoli in site. My son did not complain about the prime burger but he's a kid and easily pleased. Thanks to our waiter for being great but the food is not enough for us to return.

Food was super delicious. Hopefully next time the will go a little easier on the Chicken sandwich sauces. The service was spectacular! We had Karisma was our waitress and I can't speak enough on her fantastic customer service! She was very sweet and very attentive. Grabbed everything we needed with a smile on her face. The ambiance was very relaxed and charismatic. Extremely clean.

Recently went to Ruby Tuesday's with my family. It's been quite a while since we last been there. When ordering my food one of my party members ask the waiter Jason a question and he did not hear what Jason said and Jason said that didn't you hear me I repeated myself twice personally I think that was very unprofessional and rude from the staff to talk that way.

On to the food I ordered a cheeseburger $11.99 with a side order of grilled zucchini which originally it was french fries but I substituted there might have been five or six thin slices of the zucchini. The burger wasn't too much taste and they seem to put the condiments in plastic packages on the side of your plate you would think more of this as if you were somewhere at a ball game or fast food establishment but not in a restaurant

I also ordered the salad bar which is an additional charge of $4.99 to your order if you order it without your meal I believe it's $12.49 alone.

I have to say the salad bar was wonderful they were constantly refilling it and there was lots of different varieties to choose from I enjoyed it very much.

The restaurant seem to be clean and decorated nicely for Ruby Tuesday's they're pretty much the same all over the place the way they're decorated.

Besides the comment the waiter Jason mentioned in the beginning everything else seemed to be fine the rest of the meal and the service was not bad as well.

We frequent the RT in Lexington, SC often but tonight's service was despicable. The waitress was absolutely horrible. She managed to messed up every aspect of the order and it wasn't like they were busy. We were there for over an hour with only one drink. Food arrived before the appetizer and she stated you can just take it home. Partial orders of the food came out long periods of time apart. We had to reiterate about not having drinks. Co-workers of the waitress appeared to cleaning up but they seemed to be having a blast doing absolutely nothing. Again, they weren't busy at all. I probably will find another location to grab a quick bite to eat. This experience was absolutely disappointing and appalling. 1-star and I want half of it back.

TV dinner food. No service. Not worth the overpriced frozen junk. Filthy cooks, poor management

I am still sitting here and have decided to give this Ruby Tuesday a one star review. My mother had the soup and salad bar. She had to flag down are server to put in a second order of soup and here we still sit waiting for her second cup of soup to come up. When the soup finally came it was cold. The service is terrible and the food was not good.

waited until after my friend was finished eating her wings and fries to question where my club sandwich and onion rings were (30+ minutes later) and let them know, that we were leaving so "never mind". The manager was awful... tall blonde lady, she never came over to apologize or explain. Our server was very nice and brought me the "club sandwich" in a to-go box.... here it is... no Ham and Turkey, so sloppy and just a miss... Terribly management and food quality.

The service was slow. We ended up sitting ourselves. The sweet tea is not sweet at all. Our server Rhona wasn't really too nice. She barely came back and had to get other servers to go find her. The food was okay. The salmon was not too good. The mozzarella sticks were good. The roasted corn was good. Sweet potato fries were good.The Philly cheesesteak hoagie was okay. I went with my mom and niece. My mom had the Philly cheesesteak hoagie. The manager did take the salmon off the order. All in all, it's better to go to the Ruby's Tuesday in West Columbia on Augusta Road. This was my first time here so I'm going off based my experience. Maybe, they were having a bad day.

The Service was Great. But because we got the special yesterday I thought it would be Great but it wasn't. My burger tasted fine but 24 Hours later I'm sick with Possible Food Poisoning.

I ate in there last Sunday night. I was looking forward to the one premade salad on the salad bar. They didn't have any. So I ordered shrimp parm. It showed up with red pepper on it I am allergic and had to rush home and take all kinds of Benedetto. I paid over $60 for the pleasure of waiting 45 minutes for food that made me sick. If I could have given it less than 1 star I would have.

My husband and I had stopped going to Ruby in Lexington, SC. some time ago. We would usually get the salad bar because they had the best salad bar in town but then they stopped carrying some of our favorites, couldn't even get crackers. We recently went back last Tuesday, 8/15/23, to give it another shot and were pleasantly surprised. The salad bar was as good as I ever remembered it and all our favorites were there. The only reason I gave it four stars is because they didn't have cottage cheese ;). We will be coming back soon. Also our server Rhone was just precious. She was just wonderful and took good care of us. What a wonderful ambassador for your establishment!!
