Rox Bar & Grill

I don't know how they stay open as they do not like to wait on customers. It's a joke to see how long it takes to get service. My friends and I have been going for years and it just gets worse and worse. We are done. It's a shame because it's such a great location and has such potential. The management is non existent.

The experience I had tonight is an embarrassment for rox. We waited way too long for our food... even the server was embarrassed but the manager who decided to argue with us instead if acknowledge the situation is the reason we won't be back.
Go to the flying pig- family owned one exit north.

Definitely our go to spot. Pool tables upstairs and the patio is great for large crowds. Staff is friendly and food is delicious. Love the sweet potato tots!

This place has so much potential to be great but the manager/owner doesn't care that much about the quality of their food or service. I've ordered the same dish many times and has yet to taste the same. The service is hot and cold. The menu hasn't changed in four years. It's a shame we drive right by the place when looking for a place to eat in the area.

Not sure how a building this big in the burbs expects to stay in business if they won't seat parties with kids after some not-posted time in the evening. Tried coming here with our family to use the coupon that Rox obviously spent money to distribute and only the high top section was available. Hostess could not/would not accommodate even though multiple tables on the restaurant side were still occupied. They are appropriately listed under 'bars'. 'Restaurant' is clearly not their priority. Food has been good in the past, not sure if that's still the case.

Every year me and my family come to Littleton because of the races. Last year the food and service was awesome so we went everyday we were here. We went this year and it was horrible! We sat down and waited forever until finally our waiter came over to our table. We ordered our drinks (all waters) and waited forever to get them. Then we finally got to order our food and waited 30 minutes to get our food. Then we asked for more water. We asked 3 times after that until we finally got it. And all of the time waiting our waiter was either walking by and looking at our table or chatting with the bartender and playing on his phone. We then got tired of waiting and asked to see the manager. And it turned out to be our horrible waiter. Over all was a horrible experience and will never be going back.

We went in and sat down for about 20 minutes. The bar tender looked over a few times and walked by. After we went to the bar to ask for some one to come get our order the waiter came by and gave us one menu and took our drink order of two waters. About 8 minutes later we looked outside to see him taking other tables order. We got up and left. The service here is trash!!!!!!!

Walked in and seat down. Wait for 15 min, the bartender kept looking over at us at our table. A waiter came over and gave us 1 menu and asked for our drink order (2 waters), then we waited 8 more min, we didn't have any drinks or anything. Noticed the waiter was outside taking orders. Well, we had enough and walked out. Poor service!!!!! Not sure if I would even give it 1 star!!!

Food here is awful, just awful. I will never go back to this place. I guess this happens when they are 30 days away from going out of business

I was at the rox for a wedding rehearsal dinner a couple of weekends ago. Jess helped us out and was the absolute best!! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was buffet style but very tasty. We even returned the next day for lunch before the wedding. Thanks guys for being so great!
