My kids love going to THIS DENTIST (not in general, just Dr. Nath & his staff). They've cool games, toys & tv to entertain the kiddos, a cute & comfy waiting area, an online patient portal that is user-friendly, fast but efficient as is their checkin & out process. Absolutely amazing staff, you can tell they care & are enthusiastic about helping kids with their dental health journey. They have a unique way of making this a fun exploration, learning about what's happening in their mouth & teeth as they grow, then the visit feeling like a plain ole dental cleaning & checkup appt. I started taking my kids here when they were toddlers, patients for over a decade & will stay here until they age out. Shout out to Jessica, Sue, Bina & cool Converse wearing Dr. Nath!

I would give them a negative 10
they make your appointment but don't tell you what to expect, first time we scheduled an appointment for fills, after they finished the first filling I was told my son was 19 and they can't treat him for filling..!!!! the information I gave them on the phone was very clear that he is 19 years old, I was told don't worry, we can take care of him till age 21.
today was cleaning, which they annoyed the hell out of me with calls, emails and text to confirm, after they said the insurance doesn't cover 3 month cleaning, even though when they made the appointment I was told because he has braces insurance will cover 3 month cleaning.

they're using COVID as reason to have the kids alone ..
so i took my so for cleaning and also to check on his crown I insist to be with him so finally I went inside they took an X-ray and the doctor told Me tha he has infected teeth and he need it to extract
the doctor has a long nails which is so weird for a dentist working in the mouth to have a long nails I didnt feel comfortable . so I decide to take him to another dentist ended up that he has no infected teeth his crown not same size of his baby teeth !!!!!
this place is scary and not trustful to have our kids alone there !!!!
i would never be there and I regret that I've been so ignorant and this place has been foolish us !!!

I've been taking my kids here for years because of our insurance. They are incredibly unorganized. Once I brought my daughter in for an appt to get teeth pulled. When we got there they said she didn't need her teeth pulled and we didn't have an appt. They have also tried to pull the wrong tooth, so you have to be hyper vigilant. Always call and make sure they remember you have an appt. And don't bother to fill out the paperwork they send because they won't get it and you'll have to do it again when you get there.

I wish zero stars were an option. This is the only dentist we have used for my daughters who are now 14. One of my daughters had a trampoline accident a few years back and had to have a root canal. She has extreme dental anxiety and we ended up having to put her under general anesthesia for it. For the past year and a half to two years this dental practice has been stating that we should have those two teeth crowned. I have been waiting hoping that her dental anxiety would lessen as she got older but that's not been the case. About a month ago I called and scheduled the appointment to have get the crowns. I made sure to reiterate her dental anxiety when I made this appointment. Yesterday I called to remind them of her dental anxiety and ask if they had any suggestions to ease it and they did not. I took a day off of work and made plans for some fun activities for us before the appointment hoping to take her mind off of the anxiety. One hour and 15 minutes prior to our appointment I received a voicemail from them stating that after reviewing her x-rays they realized that the two teeth that needed to be crowned were permanent teeth and that they could not do that I would need to go to a general dentist. Needless to say I was infuriated my daughter had worked at her courage for this appointment and an hour and 15 minutes before they advised they can't do it. I called and spoke to the office manager Lee and ask why this could've happened. She stated that My daughters record reflected that the recommendation for this procedure was to be done in their Milton office. I asked why I was not scheduled in the Milton office and she gave me a very flippant I'm not sure. I then explained I would be taking my business elsewhere to another dentist and she very smugly said, "That sounds fine." If you want to go to a dentist that respects your business your time and your trust stay far away.

I had nothing but great experiences from the dunwoody location but this one you should run not walk! They are horrible with their customer service. They cancel appointments "because the dr doesn't want to work late that day" via voice mail and then a month later call you saying your child is due for an appointment! Keep in mind I called three weeks ago to inquire about the appointment and 45 minutes later realized I was dealing with an incompetent person, ask for a manager and stil today haven't heard a word from a manager!!!!!

Just over a year later and today I got a bill in the mail for the same amount as last year, after the debt was settled out of court.

I paid my portion in full and they billed my insurance for the rest. My son moved back to New York soon after getting the braces and we only went back for 1 adjustment, but since my portion of the bill was paid in full I just wrote it off as a loss. Move ahead to 2017 and I get a bill for almost $1200. When I look at the itemization, I have been assessed a monthly late fee for almost 3 yrs. Apparently my insurance only paid around $800 and they had expected it to pay $1200. I would have gladly paid this difference had I been aware of it at the time. So now after 3 years of late fees without ever being notified by mail, phone or email, I am expected to pay a huge bill. Funny thing is they're not having any trouble contacting me now, by all three means. I have spoken with the billing department, office manager, and a couple other people and it's always the same run around. "let me look into it and I'll call you back this afternoon". I never hear back from them until the next bill which shockingly has another late fee tacked onto it. I have offered to pay the original portion but I refuse to pay 3 yrs of late fees. So until I get a bill for the original amount they will not see a penny from me. I'm sure there are better places out there if you're looking for pediatric dentistry.

We love this place! They are so patient with my 2 year old and sweet to my 4 year old. They make going to the dentist a great experience!

What a great environment for my kids. Our experience today was great. Tanya my 4 year old did so well with her cleaning and as always the assistants here were sweet and kind as always.

Do not walk... RUN from this place! They over charged me and even though the Insurance company has called them and told them they have over charged me they will not refund me the money! I never saw a doctor at all for either of my 2 children. Took my youngest for orthodontic consult, NEVER saw a actual doctor and the SALES person couldn't answer my questions. They wanted to charge me over $5000.00 for my daughter to do the 1st phase. I just did not feel comfortable with this due to lack of me seeing the dentist and the reasons why she needed this work. I took her elsewhere and it is only costing me $470.00 instead of the over $5000.00 they wanted! This makes me wonder if my oldest really needed her teeth filled to begin with! Feels like cattle run!
